Good place to take exotic animals! My red ear slider had his first time vet visit on Saturday. It was a good experience for us all, the vets and I quote " Mikey is very polite and friendly". I really appreciated that comment. They took good care, and were very responsive to request. They really care about the animals. Thank you, we found our vet office!

This will be long winded, but I’ve been going to Dr. Byron for over 25 years (even before he opened this clinic & I followed him here). I’ve had dogs, a cat, and Guinea pigs that were patients here. My diabetic cat lived 17 happy years under their care. Between Animal House & the cardiologist we saw, my late dog lived 6 additional happy years after diagnosis with a major heart condition, until age 15! I even brought in my large tropical fish that was lodged in a rock (rock and all), and Dr Byron got him out 😁 Dr. Byron & Dr. Jenny are the BEST! They’ve helped me keep all my pets happy and healthy. They are kind, knowledgeable & thorough. The entire staff is amazing & goes above and beyond! I’ve since moved further west & still bring my pets to them because they are the best! I was just there yesterday with my sick & lethargic dog & Dr. Byron determined what was wrong (his hunch proved to be correct with diagnostic tests) & sent us home with proper meds/treatment. Within an hour of meds, she was eating again & acting her normal self. I highly recommend Animal House!

My experience was a very positive one. My two parrots are family, and I'm very picky about their care. I've been a client of Animal House for many, many years--for both the care and boarding of my birds. I always know that my birds will be treated with kindness, professionalism and attentiveness by their vet, Dr. de la Navarre, as well as the technicians and front desk staff. I appreciate that Dr. de la Navarre takes the time to go through all of the exam's findings in detail and that he seems as happy as I am when my birds have a great exam. Thanks to the excellent staff, both in front and in the back, I continue to trust my loved ones to the care of Animal House.

The staff here is always very professional and does well with our small Pomeranian. He gets especially nervous but the staff is accommodating to him and make sure they try to calm him down as much as possible. Appointments aren’t too difficult to get either but should still be made in advance.

Had a wonderful experience here. Came in today for my hamster and she had to be put down. I've had bad experiences with vets before, either not caring or knowing very little about hamsters. While I'm sad that my hamster had to be euthanized, the staff and doctors here were beyond kind. They gave me some time to say goodbye and tissues, and ones she passed, they wrapped her up for me. Genuinely the best experience I could have had for something like this <3
