First time here since they moved from the brickyard. I had an appt to drop off my dog and waited about 20 minutes or more just to check in. No other people before me. Came back to pick up my dog. Been 25 minutes and still waiting. Haven’t even been acknowledged. Wait times are terrible and the clerk just asked for help since 4 of us were waiting and she was still with the same customer. I like the actual medical services here though.

Love, love Dr. Ikeda. Staff has gotten better and I have my favorites. The phone answering and responding is “HORRIBLE!” You need one person or two strictly on phones & others that tend to the check-ins. Having ppl hold for longer than 5 to 10 mins is unacceptable!!!

Great place to care for your pets, I just wish they were open on Sunday's again. Other than that I love this place. Always nice and friendly.

I'll be straight up honest first visit was good the young lady who attended my dog was very professional, actually the employees were great but the clinic policy are horrible I took my dog for an ear infection and they did good job taking care of her, but then I had to a follow up which is normal but then they change my follow up date then they said something about dropping my dog off at 8am and pick her up sometime later that day in the evening? I was like wait what? My dog isn't having surgery why would they need keep my dog there all day just for her ear to be checked ???? That's so weird and a redflag for me I was like nope I'm good I'm taking my business elsewhere so be cautious of that why would your dog need to stay for something so simple ?

Getting a hold of them to make an appointment is impossible. Over 30 mins on hold just for them to answer and then put you on hold immediately right after. It’s ridiculous that I have to go in to make the appointment because they repeatedly put you on hold mid sentence. Brenda was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even asking her name was an inconvenience to her claiming she is very busy. They need to be retrained on how to take calls professionally and have better customer service
