I've taken my dog here for the last 10 years. She is 14.5 years old now. I see Dr. Casey who is awesome. Takes great care of my pet. The schedule fills up fast but I have gotten in within a day when my dog had an emergency. They also review pictures of any issues my dog is having and let me know what to do or to come in if it looks bad. Great place to get pet care.

Even though they aren't an emergency vet, we brought a pooch in there who had been hit by cars on our block. The Staff was as quick and efficient as any pet animal E.R. . They did a great job and saved the pup's life. Also they have great hours of service.

Sometimes the staff could use some lessons in listening and clearly communicating. Having said that, I bring my animals here for the docs not the staff. Dr Walsh and Dr Casey are wonderful people and excellent veterinarians. I don’t trust anyone else to tend to my pets.

Nothing annoys me more than an incompetent office receptionist who is the front line of communication for the office. I called to inquire about being seen for a second about something so meticulous but was asked to repeat my needs three times although I clearly explained the reason for my call, how I did not need to establish care because she has a doctor, and how I SIMPLY needed a second opinion to be sure there was nothing missed and to ease my anxiety. There is no way this woman should be in charge of answering phone calls if she cannot actively listen and process information yet she is in this role. Obviously, I will not call or seek assistance from you all again! Thank her for that! I hope in the future you hire someone more hospitable to be the first person prospective and established clients speak with.

A week before we left on a cruise, our cat had a urinary blockage that grew serious quickly. Dr Casey and the staff took amazing care of our fur-child. I never once felt a slight bit of concern as I knew he was in the best care available. Can't recommend them enough.
