I had to take my soul dog in today and have him put down. The staff here was beyond sweet during the entire process. Everyone offered their condolences and my best boy Charlie got to pass while snuggling with me. They made sure to get me paw prints, a nose print, and some fur after he passed. I would recommend this hospital to anyone having to make a tough decision about their best friend. Thank you all so much.

Thank you for taking good care of me and Remmie on his last day. His decline happened very quickly, and I was having a really hard time coping with losing him after 15 years. The vets both showed compassion and helped me come to a decision. Alyssa was amazing. Everything happened so fast, I didn't have anyone who could be with me to say goodbye, so she sat with me despite the clinic being busy. Her genuine kindness made the whole thing a little easier. Emergency vets can get a bad rep, but I had a really good experience despite why I was there.

We unfortunately had to bring in my dog for euthanasia and they made such a difficult thing feel so respected and honored. They have a special room dedicated for this process with comfortable sofas and chairs, no goodbye chocolate kisses but with materials to write goodbye notes for your baby that stay with their body, the staff was so kind with my baby. They put in extra effort to really honor your baby’s last moments.

I called in for emergency care as my dog has a large intestine blockage and obstruction via x-ray by a neighboring vet who does not have the ability to do surgery on sundays. When I asked the receptionist what they can do for her and to schedule an emergency surgery she said yes we can do surgery and we're currently booking two weeks out?? 😧 I think what she meant to say is that this is an emergency and yes we can take your dog right away. That is not what she said and that is why I'm giving your pet emergency clinic one-star rating. I would give less if there were an option to do so. This is also not my first negative experience with your vet I have had in the past I just never took the time to post a review about it. Do better at your jobs.

We had the greatest experience at the VCA. We had to let both our fur babies go about 6 weeks apart. The VCA welcomed us, let us spend as much time as we wanted with our dog in a private room. When we were ready to let them go, we merely turned on our light, and the vet came in. She was gentle and sweet, explained the process, and then waited for us to give the go-ahead. It was painless and smooth for both our dogs. We were even able to stay with them, if we wanted, after it was over. THANK YOU VCA! Your entire staff treated us so wonderful. From the receptionist, to techs to the Vet! You all made a difficult time, so beautiful!

Our pet started off sick in the am and got progressively worse by noon. We took him to this office for help. From the helpful nurse that came out to the car to the Dr. that was with us when we had to send him to heaven, and everyone in between, were absolutely amazing. Everyone treated us with kindness and made us feel like our baby was their first priority. No high pressure just to get us to pay for services he didn’t need. Thank you VCA for the work you do.
