I live a little ways out of the area, and so this isn't my regular vet, but I needed a last minute appointment for my dog's eye scratch. Doctor Downs and the entire staff are simply phenomenal. I don't know that I've ever been to such a professional, kind, and amazing veterinary practice. Dr Downs was so incredible with explaining everything and very thorough in her exam. You could tell that she not only deeply cares about the animals but that she is incredibly talented. The VAs were also incredibly knowledgeable and the front desk staff so polite and helpful. I can't recommend this practice enough. Thank you!

Dr. Downs is sincerely committed to providing the best care possible for our cherished fur children. My dog's life was saved by her kindness, knowledge, and compassion. She has my complete confidence. The staff members Heather and Alessandro are incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make vet appointments possible. Amazing, too, are all the techs in the back.

I had such a wonderful experience here. Dr. Downs was so thorough, detailed, and kind. I immediately felt relaxed and comfortable here (can't say the same for the cat, but he's a scaredy boy). I never felt rushed or dismissed and I think my cat received excellent care. I recently moved and miss my old vet, but I think this is an excellent replacement.

I was looking for a new vet and went to see Dr. Downs at Temecula Valley Animal Hospital. The office is so clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful with answering all of my questions. Dr. Downs took her time with examining my puppy. She made the puppy feel so comfortable (and me too). I would highly recommend this practice without any reservations. I know my puppy is in good hands there.

First visit was amazing (borderline perfect), because of the nurse (Brittany) and doctor. This second time was horrible to start… the front desk person sucks! He looks like the guy from shenanigans , and is so blanked staring and just doesn’t seem like he wants to be there. The nurse (Joann) this time did not introduce her self (I had to ask who she was) and was just ready to dig into my dog’s ears. I didn’t not like that at all! He’s stressed out and needs muzzled so he doesn’t nibble. I asked for another nurse (Brittany preferable) because I wasn’t comfortable with this one today! I want to come back here but it’s far and I want to be treated like the first time every time. I gave this place a five star last time, and now they’re working back from zero. Leave it to Brittany to came in and save the day. She is five star ⭐️!!!! This place is five star because of her and the doctor.
