Honestly at first I thought this vet was great. My dog had a HUGE abscess on her face. They saw her and treated her on same day. I spent $1,673 for her treatment on 5/10/24 , then I received a call informing me that she was on the wrong antibiotics which was another $65, which wasn't that big of a deal. However they removed the tube on her face and stitches, I notices there was a bump still on her face... I was informed that it was "scar tissue" and I have nothing to worried about..... Well now a little over a month later and guess what??? the abscess is back, I went over to the office today and was informed I would have to pay another $75 for an doctors visit, I ask why can you just reordered me more of the antibiotics? I was informed that its been awhile since they saw me last, remember my dog received surgery on 5/10/24 and today is 7/1/24..... The abscess is is literally the bump that was "scar tissue" ....

We have been coming here for a long time. My husband and I have 12 animals and we take care of every single one of them like that are a sibling to our child. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. We had an emergency where our cat, Iris, was attacked by a coyote. They did everything including a miracle or two to keep her healthy, out of pain, and on the mend. She had a broken jaw...and now a week later she is eating on her own. I will recommend this vet over all others. Indefinitely. Dr koorhan and Dr brown are the best vets I have ever had the luck of meeting. It's good to feel confident in your vets when you have to leave your baby there for help. Also, a big shout-out to kimmy and the vet techs. You are the most helpful bunch, and I can not praise you enough! 🙌

On behalf of TAO my cat and I, We are forever grateful to Dr.Goulet and all the wonderful staff (especially Casey), that made the journey possible to obtain Taos international passport to Panama a Total Breeze.All documentation was accepted at the Panamanian Embassy perfectly. I was told that Flying with a cat (according to many)is a nightmare, but Tao did Beyond Amazing!! Made me so Proud. He behaved PERFECTLY. (I even forgot the sedation at home). Im guessing that the Feliway spray helped a lot. When we arrived to Panama they stated Very rarely are the pets H and P so thorough and Everything was done perfectly!!!This entire process was no doubt super stressful and we couldn’t have done it without You All. A Thousand Words cannot suffice our Gratitude. Thank you again Denise R and TAO

This veterinary clinic is clean, organized and just great. I called because I had a worry about my puppy and they got me an appointment and in the office in 1 hour, same day! They took good care of us and gave me peace of mind with instructions and details. I thank you guys for taking care of Hendrix and I know he thanks you too!

My dogs were new patients at Doctors Medical Clinic when my 7 month old Great Dane, Samson was unexpectedly diagnosed with intussusception and required immediate surgery on his abdomen. The team was incredibly professional, patient and thorough. The care and attention given to Samson before, during and after his surgery was nothing short of incredible. Every team member showed us great knowledge and empathy through Samsons continued recovery. I am grateful for Dr Goulet and her team for saving our Samsons life.

I recently had the sad experience of having to conclude the life of my elderly dog. When my usual vet was unable to give me a timely appointment, they referred me to Doctor's Pet Clinic. I was nervous and uneasy about taking her to a new vet but as it turns out my fears were groundless. Though we had never visited before, my dog was treated with genuine love and care which enabled her to make a graceful final transition. Even though I was an emotional wreck, the staff handled the procedure thoughtfully and with respect for my loss. This was my only experience with this clinic but I am grateful for their professional and compassionate service that day.
