My opening comment... THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Angel Care Pet Hospital was reccomended to us by a dear friend. I took my 5 month old Shitzu there for a rabbies shot on a walk in basis, I did not make an appointment. The staff were very friendly and the place smelled fresh and looked amazingly clean . From filling out the new client form to having my dogs shot, the completion from start to finish was no longer than 15 maybe 20 minutes tops, not too bad at all for a walk in. The most amazing part is when it was time to pay... I walked out with total bill of $14.00, yes, fourteen dollars. My previous Vet charges $70.00 each office visit, not including the costs of the actual service needed. I will highly reccomend Angel Care Pet Hospital to my family and friends, that's why I'm so glad my friend told me about Angel Care, they have a new client forever! Keep up the good work Angel Care Pet Hospital Staff!!
This is my 2nd fur baby I’ve brought to Dr V. He always greets you by name as does his staff. I know they are so busy with other dogs reproduction services but I just needed ordinary services. When my previous baby had to be put to sleep, staff was so considerate. Gave me a lock of her hair, a foot print and even a stuffed baby. I was so heart broken but they gave me all the time I needed to spend with her to say goodbye. Staff always recognizes you when you call and when you arrive. They are always super busy but still take all the time needed to answer all your questions.
This people are about $$$$$ my baby was diagnosed with pancreatitis by this dr. he send me home with no medicine and just a diet for for my dog who was 6 months old, I wasn't happy and I took him to a different vet in lake elsinore and she immediately put him on medication for pain and inflammation, this clinic charged me $2k for test and consultation and they almost kill my dog by not handle it correctly , my other vet was $1,200 who did care about my dog. Be very careful with this useless doctors.
Love Angel Care Vet. They have walk in Vaccinations M-F. They did C section and delivered my girl's 5 beautiful healthy puppies and gave them 2 rounds of shots and Health Exams. I got my boy fixed there and have had my other dogs get Updated shots as well. All went very well. Clean Facility & Nice Staff.
My little girl Sugar had a growth on her leg so she needed to have it removed. Dr V was great at checking her out & showing me the X-rays, & blood work & said everything looked good & there weren’t any signs that anything had spread. He saw how nervous I was about the surgery and promised he would do the surgery himself. That was very reassuring & they called me when she was out of surgery to let me know it went well. Dr V sent the growth in to be checked for cancer & called personally to let me know it was negative! They take excellent care of my Sugar! & she’ll always go here for all her dog needs!!🐾
DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... we took our 1 year old dog in because she wasn't resting and acting lethargic and ended up spending $2000+ for tests to see what was going on. After finding nothing they suggested an MRI to see if she had something in her lungs or stomach. After the MRI they found a small mass in her stomach and said it would cost $5000 to do surgery and they're was no guarantee that it would work. Heartbroken, I told her that I couldn't afford the surgery but I wanted to see if they had anything else like payment plans. She said I would need to pay it in full before she could start. I asked her for a little time to figure out what I could do. I then get a call back 5 minutes later basically saying, "you need to make a choice we can't hold her for ever. "I was forced to put her down at a generous $300 plus another $400 for cremation and a paw print. That was a hard one to recover from and my wife and daughters took it really hard. After a few months of going through the grieving process, they started suggesting that they were ready for anther dog. I was reluctant because I didn'twant to go through that pain again. Sure enough, I gave in and bought 2 beautiful white German shepherd puppies 4 months old. My wife, for some odd reason decided to take them to Angel Care for their first round of vaccines. They were given 6 shots in total at the same time. After the first day of getting the shots, one of them got really sick and wouldn't eat as our drink water for 3 days. She would hide away from us in a corner of the house, we thought for sure she wasn't going to make it. Thankfully, on the 4th day she turned around and was feeling better. At the very same time, her sister; the other puppy started getting sick. She followed the same symptoms and behaviors so we tried to do for her what we did for her sister in hopes that she would turn around. We woke up this morning and she was completely non responsive barely breathing. Just as we started to get ready to take to get a vet she passed away. We had a friend who is a veterinarian in a different state do a video call to see the puppies and she did her self that they are way too thin to be given all 6 shots at the same time and that the dogs passing was due to the vets negligence. Be very careful and do your research when looking for care for your special pets. Alot of vets are like mechanics, they are a business at the end of the day and I think they create problems at times to keep your animal coming back.
