I’ve always loved Old Town. The reception/front desk are always so friendly, supportive, and I can tell they truly care about my pet. The veterinarian staff from the techs to the doctors are all intelligent and very welcoming. My cat Onyx and I had an amazing visit with Dr. Kessel and we plan to return in the future☺️. Shout out to the reception team for making us feel comfortable and welcomed during our first visit, especially Julia at the front desk. They are awesome!

My kitty had a tumor and needed his arm amputated. This business was so amazing about being supportive and comforting, so glad I came here for his procedure. They have been great about keeping in touch through his healing as well. Really glad I chose them to help us out.

3 instances that left me disappointed with this facility! - Putting my dog to sleep. They let me down big time during one of the most sensitive and difficult moments with our family pet. I called in the morning and they told me they could take care of me that same day. When it came time for me to stop in they turned me away. - Trying to invoice me $450 twice for the same thing. - The front desk staff being a rather difficult with a pet owner and then proceeding to make fun of the person's situation while I was in the lobby. They never offered her a solution or even empathized with her. Instead, the staff joked about how they could have helped but "didn't want to deal with her". I understand that vets have a heavy job and that is partly the reason I wont give this place 1 star. BUT there must be some clear disconnect here between the vets and the front desk staff / vet techs. save yourself some headaches and humiliation.

My bernedoodle has gone to OTAC since he was a puppy. The current staff is the absolute best that we've experienced. Dr. Lyons, Dr. Kessel, Dr. Williams and Caitlin at the front desk are truly the best care team I could hope for. My dog recently went through emergency surgery with the team and I felt very supported and confident that my pup was in amazing hands. Thank you for what you all do!

I brought my dog in for an emergency behavioral situation and had the most amazing experience here. My dog is reactive and scared of other dogs and most people so I was nervous going into a new vet. The doctors and staff were incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole experience. They were extremely communicative throughout the process and followed up after everything which made me feel even more supported. I’m continuing to bring my dog here after seeing their attention to detail and care. I highly recommend this vet to anyone who has a dog with extra needs or care!
