Mr. Berns truly impressed us! He and Maryann went out of their way, creating posters of my dog and assisting in finding him in the cold weather, all without charge. My family and I are incredibly thankful for their kindness.

It was a good experience. We were traveling from Florida We had found a very young kitten in distress while at a friend's house in Cincinnati. The cat had an eye infection and an upper respiratory infection. The intake process was simple, and the workers were very nice and helpful. We had to leave the cat at the rescue, but we felt confident that the caring people there would take good care of her.

Jim was helpful, until I sent him the deposit for bloodhound service. I literally paid him at 11:24 and found my cat immediately after. I notified him 15 minutes after sending the deposit and he refused to give me any of my $375 deposit back. I asked for a partial refund of $175 as he did help with signs and he did have some time talking to me about recovery strategies but his response was "The nonrefundable deposit is nonrefundable".

The owner answered all my questions, gave me free advice, and donated two large boards for me to put up signs for my missing cat. We did not end up needing the search services of his dogs, but based on his responsiveness and kindness, I would absolutely say this company so worth using if you have a missing pet!

Search and rescue.... More like we filled up years ago and have no interest in rehoming for more rescues!! We will just ask others to help you.

The man was very rude and not understanding at all. He was not helpful and made fun of the situation at hand. Will never call back again. No thanks!!
