i always have an amazing staff and vet helping me! they told me on how stressed my dog was and they didnt want to stress her more by finishing the rest of the test , which i appreciated sooo much!! they care for your pets like their own and do soooo amazing!! highly suggest!!

Let me start by acknowledging that I have extensive DR-trust issues. It keeps me from jumping to the vet for every little thing under the sun when it comes to myself and my pups. But when I noticed my dog has an obvious injury that was beyond the scope of OTC care, I started calling around. I know no vet or DR wants to receive a new AND sick pet and I cherish the ones that willingly subject themselves to people like me who come in only when absolutely necessary. I never expect much from this sort of relationship, but today really gave me a new perspective. The receptionist was extremely polite. She provided me not only a same day but early morning appointment based on my really whack meeting schedule. They knocked out all kinds of testing and had me out the door with meds and a follow-up plan of action in the most timely fashion. Kinley absolutely loved them despite whatever pain she may be in. The office is well cared for and comfortable to visit. The doctor and staff were undescribably friendly and welcoming. They didn't make me feel like a horrible pet parent ( which I did enough on my own). I really can't say enough about the confidence they've instilled in me for the care of my pet.

This will probably not stay up long but be very cautious with prescriptions from this facility. Please note the date dispensed and expiration date. See the actual date on bottle. (My last name also spelled incorrectly). I mentioned the discrepancy to them on my return visit . I contacted them for a refill last Friday and again mentioned problems with the script. Went to pick up on Tuesday and checked vial before paying and expiration dates were again wrong. This is a compounded medication This should not be happening. I requested a written script so that I could have it filled correctly elsewhere. 2 hours and 3 trips back to office later , I received 2 written scripts that cannot be filled. My dogs weight is incorrect on one and no Indication of compound on drops. I adopted a dog with chronic problem and this was treating Vet -for continuity of care I brought her here. For her safety I will not return. Please note HIPAA does not apply to dogs so no reason to remove this post.

Services have went downhill since they changed staff members. My dog usually has a great experience when he comes. We went out for vacation and came back he was extremely sick. Clearly, they weren’t giving him any love or care. He’s been coming to them since day 1! They usually send your pictures during vacation but this time they didn’t. Then, referred us to an emergency hospital for dogs because, he could’ve died and that place had us wait 2 hours just to accept other patients quicker. Ending up going elsewhere because of the lack of care. Please this place can kick rocks! He won’t be coming back

We have taken our pets here for too long, loyal to the doctors but the practice with new corporate owners are running it into the ground. The prices to care for our pets have increased dramatically. Currently looking for a new provider. Dr. Rachel IS the only reason we’ve stuck around for this long.

I had to make the hard decision about my kitty, Greystone. Dr. Cothren and staff was very sympathetic and understanding. She explained my options and gave me time to make a decision. There was no pressure. Highly recommend! What a blessing they are! ❤️
