Peatland mall of Georgia is amazing. My girls had a blast playing with the dogs. We did not get one today but when we’re ready we will purchase here. Nothing beats good customer service and making my girls happy! Thanks to Kanneak for helping us. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the dogs.

I have been to Petland a lot of times, and they have been pretty good, the puppies were cute and playful, and the staff members were also very helpful and nice to me. But this one time, me and my friends walked in and all wanted to play with a puppy, like we had for over a year. We didn’t know a new rule that had been placed about one puppy per group that came together, because we’ve been playing with a puppy per person. This one staff member told us this, and we understood, but she told us quite rudely, that we could not do so. But we already had two puppies, because the other staff members let us have multiple. This staff member also kept slamming the doors, kept rolling her eyes, and even cursing at some points. Also, the lady in the stall next to us, had a very active dog. He had jumped onto the bench of the stall then ended up falling off and hurting his paw. The worker heard the puppy whimpering and came over to the stall. She then started to blame the lady playing with the puppy of dropping him or something else. She said to the lady “Now the puppy is hurt and it’s all your fault” even though the lady did nothing wrong. In general this was a very bad visit and unfortunately we will not be coming back.

It was very clean and the dogs cages looked cleaned and the dogs were very playful to play with and the employees are very quick and nice to bring out the dogs for you and you’re children to play with
