Description SurgiPet is a nonprofit veterinary clinic offering high quality pet dentistry and non-routine surgery at a reduced rate. Our mission at SurgiPet is to provide low cost services that will aid in the prevention of pet suffering and economic euthanasia. We believe that the human-animal bond should be preserved for all families including those experiencing economic hardship or limited income. Because our services are limited, our costs for operation are limited allowing us to keep our prices affordable. Our goal is to improve the health and longevity of pets that would otherwise go untreated.

Our family dog Kirby had a knee injury and needed surgery late 2023. We called Surgipet and got a lower cost estimate than everywhere else we called. After his surgery Kirby healed great with no complications! He is now back to his normal self! Thank you surgipet for being so amazing and caring to our sweet boy.

I can't say enough positive things about things about the very and his staff. They provide excellent customer service at a reasonable price. All pricing is up front, no surprises. They were kind and understanding throughout the process. A perfect example is when I called to check on my senior dog after his cleaning. They answered the phone and went back to check on his status. Then when I apologized for being bothersome, they said. "you can call as many times as you want, we understand." No wonder people drive for hours to bring their dogs here. Thank you!

SurgiPet is amazing! Dr.Kurt listened to my concerns and gave me full professional advice. I brought my sweet Betty in, my 6 month old kitten. My sweet baby had a bowel obstruction causing her kidneys to fail, once she was hydrated Dr. Kurt felt comfortable preforming surgery. When Betty’s blood levels were very bad, Dr. Kurt did express his concerns and didn’t preform the surgery until he Betty showed signs of improvements in here blood tests, the surgery was a success! Dr. Kurt along with the amazing staff saved my baby!

The staff and physicians are amazing. Their prices are more than affordable and they truly care about your pets. Regardless to how busy they are, they find a way for an emergency. Also don't forget to buy candles while there. No one will know you have pets by the smell of your home.

My dog had bladder stones that needed to be removed, and my vet recommended Surgipet. They are about 70 miles from me, but the other pet hospitals were expensive. Surgipet was great. The staff was affectionate and knowledgeable. They informed me of everything before, during, and after the surgery. They were extremely reasonable compared to other vet hospitals, charging anywhere from 150% to 200% more than Surgipet. The doctor called me the next day to check on my baby. My dog, Yoda, is doing very well. I was delighted with the entire experience and highly recommend Surgipet.

My cat needed a tail amputation quickly and SurgiPet was recommended to me by WellPet Humane. SurgiPet was incredible. The front desk helped me get everything we needed done and scheduled quickly. The surgery tech Marla (if I'm remembering her name correctly) was so kind. Her bedside manner is 10/10. She made me feel comfortable leaving my cat and I could not be more grateful for her. Dr. Kurt did a great job. My cat has had no complications. The post-op instructions are very helpful and the office runs efficiently. Thank you for making a tough situation so much more bearable.
