This place has been the best! We got our pug from the Mall of Georgia and total vet was the veterinary that they refer you too. Dr. Flood the owner is the BEST! He’s was his doctor for a while & the STAFF was amazing. In the last past year we have had a few financial issues with paying our wellness plan. Life is happening. Today I call to see how much we owe so we can pay it and start DOLLAR back on his wellness plan. MORGAN with her rude self. I asked how can we get back on or if it’s even possible?? In a very rude way she says I have to asked the manager and so on. I said can you asked or do we have to wait until we pay? She said nothing … I asked for Jasmine because she’s the BEST. She still didn’t say nothing……

Dr. Flood was very dismissive and did not seem to be interested in my concerns. I’m a paying customer but was made to feel like I was an inconvenience. He was very pushy with his recommendation of an allergy injection. Even after I stated my many concerns that my dog does not do well with needles he dismissed my concerns and only provided alternatives when I repeatedly asked. Upon arrival the staff asked me if my puppy walked on the hot pavement. When I asked Dr. Flood if that could possibly be the cause of his red paws he looked at me as though I was ridiculous for asking even though it was his staff that asked ME this question. I was bullied by Dr. Flood into a treatment that I was not comfortable with. I asked for topical treatments and he did not name a single one. I understand as a doctor you must provide an expert recommendation but it is ultimately MY choice and that choice was robbed from me because he did not equip me with enough information to make an informed decision. He seemed irritated by my presence and was not helpful.

We recently brought our 12 year old “puppy” in for a teeth cleaning and tooth extraction. Needless to say, my wife and I were a bit worried with having an old dog put under for treatment. Dr. Hadaway and staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They did an amazing job and kept us updated on the whole process. Due to a prior bad anesthesia experience at another vet, Dr. Hadaway listened to our concerns and everything went great.

After a few days of boarding while we were out of town, my lab mix (Marlee) started to have issues with one of her eyes. Our regular vet wasn’t able to see us until 4pm. I decided to find a nearby vet to get her seen sooner. I called and was able to get an appointment within the hour. Everyone was very professional and took great care of Marlee! The office staff is so kind, caring, and compassionate! We will surely be back!

Great practice with great doctors! I have a dog who is my pride and joy. Each time I take her for cleanings and general care, the staff has been fabulous and she’s had excellent treatment. Customer service is everything to me and this practice does not disappoint. Dr. Hadaway has been our vet for almost 3 years and she’s thorough, compassionate and I really do believe she loves and cares for others pets as if they were her own. She’s responsive and always explained things in a way that I was able to understand. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy vet, I would highly recommend this practice!

Might be fine for dogs, but did not work for me and my cats. They sent my cat home in a bandage without warning me. They scheduled more appointments than were necessary and also didn't have appointments in their system that I had paper reminders for. For those wondering, they took my cats to the back for the entire exam instead of doing it in the room with me (which is something I'm not a fan of).
