I cannot speak highly enough of this clinic. When my 11.5 y/o cat stopped eating his regular vet recommended I bring him here. They only opened a week or two ago and I am SO GLAD they were there to see him. Everyone genuinely cares for animals; it clearly shines through in their level of care. With the expertise of Dr. Bullard and the veterinary staff my cat seems to have made a full recovery. Words could never express the depths of my gratitude. And completely unrelated to their clinical practice, I loved the decor. It was so comforting to see photos of the local Addison landmarks on every wall. You can tell they're there to care for their community and I just adored it. They also offer web check-in which made it incredibly easy to get signed in. The only thing I would change is that they would be able to access the records on file with VCA, since that's where I usually take my animals. There was some confusion about his health history and we did the best we could, but that was a hurdle to consider. I'm hopeful they can streamline that because I can see a panicked pet owner forgetting important things like "did they get a 1 year rabies shot or was it 3 years" or "did the bloodwork he had a few months back include this test we'd like to do" which wouldn't be an issue if they had access to records on file at the regular VCAs. Over all, it was a great experience under the circumstances. Definitely my first choice for urgent care veterinary needs.
