I’ve used Dr. Norris for over 16yrs and I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here. They’re always so nice and caring for my baby. Medina (Vet Tech) always goes above and beyond for your babies. The front staff is always so welcoming. This past Friday I had to put my baby to sleep and they made me feel so comfortable and reassured me I was making the right decision. I Highly Recommend them!

5 for service and kindness! y’all really helped my baby girl 🥲💕 2 for cost :( $110 just to examine her for 5 min and give her ointment for her red infected eye. i do think that is asinine . way too expensive

We've been taking our cats there for years. Dr. Norris is attention, caring and thorough. Prices are great and he always keeps your costs in mind and never once has he pushed any tests or treatments. He cares about his furry patients and their human parents. Staff are friendly and helpful. I've been going to many different vets for over 30 years and this office is by far the best one I've ever been to. I recommend them to all my friends and will continue to put my kitties care in their hands.

I had a sick dog and was communicating with the staff off and on for a a little over a week. When I was running low on the antibiotic they prescribed, and my dog was still coughing. I called to see what to do next. I was transferred to someone named Olivia, who was rude and completely unprofessional. She hung up on me twice while I was trying to communicate with her one of one time of which I was trying to give her my email to send my records. I actually asked her why she had a poor attitude with me. After that, she claimed I raised my voice (I assume so it would look OK to her coworkers that she hung up on me). They attempted to charge me for two visits for the same dog with the same sickness/symptoms within a week. Not only is my dog still sick it was difficult to get my records transferred because she kept hanging up while I was giving her my email. Very unprofessional staff. I would highly recommend against using this vet.

Loved the staff at this clinic! It's hard to trust a vet with the most precious furry baby in your life, but this team was amazing! I was able to get an appointment next day (I was even offered the same day, but was unable to take it due to work). They were prompt, helpful and SO SWEET to my little pup. I'm happy to have found a local spot to build a relationship with over the years. Thanks, Buckner Terrace animal clinic!
