Occasionally you can bag a good find- but as many others have mentioned the prices are so inflated that no one in need could ever actually afford to shop there. Some portions of the staff are very helpful- and in turn others are very rude. This past week I watched an older lady attempt to return two shirts (they don’t accept clothing returns) only to be turned away and mocked the entire way out the door by employees. If you are really in need I would recommend shopping at Goodwill…

Same overpriced clothes have been sitting on the shelf for months now. They would rather let good clothes rot than lower the prices. $30 for a used pair of jeans. $90 for a busted up used leather jacket. It's ridiculous when these items were donated with intention to go to people for a good price. Not to mention their CEO makes 300k a year. Great look.

Stopped into the Karm on Andrew Johnson boulevard to see if they had a charger to fit the toy I bought my grandson at a different (out of town) Karm yesterday. We didn't realize until we got home that the toy had rechargeable batteries and didn't come with the charger. At the Andrew Johnson boulevard Karm, we did find a small appliance that used the same charger. I took it up to the counter and asked if it was possible to get a discount on the $9 item, since we had just bought the toy at a Karm store yesterday and it was not complete. The answer was no. I realize this is a charity store, but perhaps they should realize that true Christian charity goes both ways. Won't be spending any more of my money at a Karm store anytime soon. One other note that is aside from my dissatisfaction with their lack of charity, I was also looking for vases for my daughter's wedding, this Karm store had a vase marked $3.99, I have purchased the EXACT same vases from Walmart for $3.97, 2cents less lol.

Definitely pricy, but I enjoy stopping in every few months to check out what they have. I like that it support a local cause, and a good one, but also wish their prices were a little more affordable considering. Still, it's fun to find that bargain or when I find exactly what I was looking for, so it's still nice to stop by from time to time. Can't afford to shop here often though, since food and gas prices prevent extra spending in my family, and it's only getting tougher all around.

I always enjoy going here when I am in the area as we don't have one from where I live. So it's nice to stop by when I have the time. It basically has the same setup as any other second hand store they have some good deals and then they have overpriced items and yes in my opinion they do charge more than they should for their clothing selections. I was actually surprised when I saw their pants were almost $15 a pair and yes they had some a little cheaper very few but there were some. The store would have such a better in and out ratio if they weren't trying to make a killing off of their clothing items and they would be able to flip more as well. Hands down you could go in needing to find an outfit(pants/shirt) and you are looking to spend approximately every bit of $30 bucks either way you go.

Thrift Store with retail prices. They could help more people if they weren't so greedy. Shirts that are 5 dollars new at Walmart for $8.99 in KARM. Their response to this review is hilarious! They don't take pricing seriously or they wouldn't try to jip the public.
