So the first time I took my dog to get groomed I was super happy with the service and the results. They were very honest a informative. So I called the store back yesterday to schedule another grooming appointment (as I was driving into work). Pam answered the the phone and multiple times said hello like she couldn't hear me then I heard her talking to someone so I said her name and asked if she could hear me. She proceeded with yes, abd I asked about making a grooming appointment. She put me on hold and I waited for 10 mins until the call dropped. I asked my boyfriend to call and make a grooming appointment as he used them when he had a breeding business. He called me back with the same situation. He had to call back and the lady transferred him to another woman who said, "We don't do that you have to go online ." He informed her that he's called previously to schedule appointments and that it has never been an issue. She continued to smartly say you have to go online. He said fine, "I'll take my business elsewhere." The woman then responded "That's fine we don't need it." I was extremely shocked and disappointed, this was nothing like the service I received the first time. And that certainly is not the customer service I hope the business wants to promote.

We just adopted a 2 year old cat (Bartholomew) from them and had a very pleasant experience dealing with the very knowledgeable staff.

The store representative knew exactly the cat supplement I came to purchase. He brought me to the location within the store without hesitation. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. He was a pleasure to interact with. 👏

I had my Sheperd/Collie groomed yesterday by Dovie-- first let me just say that my doggie is quite stubborn and when she's had enough, she's done-- yet Dovie was so patient and kind, truly wonderful with her, and she looks just beautiful. Dovie is absolutely a gift to any dog who is fortunate enough to be cared for by her. I am so grateful!

Absolutely love going here, I adopted my cat from there and we go and buy lots of things there they are super helpful and they always have a smile on their face.
