Every person that works here truly wants to be there and loves what they do. I can see the passion everyone has and I do appreciate that. So happy we choose to come here. Our pup Dallas was treated with so much love and care by every individual that came in contact with our puppy. Everyone has beautiful and loving energy! The doctor did an amazing job with our puppy. I immediately trusted her and she took good care of Dallas and so did all of the staff there. Thank you again for making me and our puppy feel so comfortable and welcoming us with so much love. We appreciate everyone we came in contact with. Highly recommend!

I could not be more happy and over the moon with my experience at VEG. My doggy needed an emergency c-section after unsuccessfully attempting to pass a pup naturally. We got in fast, they assessed her needs and reassured me they were capable of handing the job. Dr Charney, Danielle and Edgar were amazing. They were polite, professional and showed extra care with my dog. My baby’s name is Chacha. While waiting, she actually DID birth a puppy naturally. After some research, they still seemed it unsafe for her to try and pass the next two naturally. I always felt in the loop. All my questions were answered. They were patient with me. They were patient with my dog. They went above and beyond. I love my experience here. I believe if my dog could talk, she would have said the same! We successfully brought home 3 pups and a healthy momma! Thank you to the VEG team. Also, thanks to AJ for recommending me and getting me in to see these wonderful animal people! What an exciting day!

Took cookies here because she was having complications with her pregnancy, we were worried and even more scared that her life was in danger . The moment we walked in , we were given help right away and they took care of everything so swiftly. They told us that cookies was going to need an emergency c section. They also told us the cost of the surgery, with help from them we were able to cover the cost and get cookies the surgery . It took 2 hrs and afterwards two more hours so they could monitor her and check her wellbeing . During the 6 total hours we were there,never once was cookies alone. If she was cold they brought out a heater for her, they gave her blankets and kept her safe .After they gave us the medicine she will be taken and instructions of what to do we went home . Everybody working in there is truly a blessing and we thank god for them . Cookies was given the best care we could ever imagine, professional and most of all kind .From the Villa family , We Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.❤️❤️

This ER was hands down the best animal hospital I have taken any of my pets to. As soon as we brought our Coco in, we were greeted, checked in and brought back to triage. Triage is an open concept so you really feel part of your pet's care. Glad to say, Dr Charney and the nurses diagnosed her and sent her home with the appropriate treatment plan and she's doing so much better. I have 4 other fur babies and this is the hospital I will trust with their care for any ER visit. Thank you VEG.

Highly recommended! When we brought in our baby Leonard we were immediately worked with. Everything was so hands on! Amazing drs and team members! They made mine and Leonard’s experience less traumatic! My baby got into some Christmas tinsel!! I hope there aren’t any more er visits but if there ever is VEG in Dallas will be my go to place! Thank you to everyone! Leonard and myself appreciate it!

Hands down the best place to take your fur baby. My son arrived in a terrible terrible condition. He was weak, anorexic, dehydrated, hypothermic etc. My son spent 3 days here and they were able to help him. The doctors and staff are hands down the best. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, professional and passionate about helping save animal lives! Not the best 3 nights of my life but I’m so happy they helped my fur baby. Dr. Bernard and Dr. Dittmans are amazing doctor who took care of my son. Forever thankful, I brought my fur baby here.
