The online booking was super quick and easy. I needed an appointment ASAP and they had one the next day. On the day of my appointment, I was running late and I called to let the clinic know. I was kindly reassured that it is not a problem as they have a 15 minute grace period. Upon arrival everyone was very kind. I waited maybe 5 minutes for a room to be prepared. My tech was Jocelyn who was very friendly and helpful. She provided me with 2 cost estimates for services before proceeding. I paid under $200 for vaccinations, first exam, and flea medication (good for 3 months.) Dr. Rodriguez is the one who completed the check up and vaccinations. She also provided additional service as a courtesy. She was patient, kind, and very informative. They even custom engraved the rabies tag with the fur babies name. Upon checkout, Veronica assisted me. She was also very patient and helpful. They provided me with a complete record of the visit and a detailed receipt. It’s a very nice facility with great staff at a very affordable cost. I definitely recommend this location. Thank you, Metro Paws!

With our Great Dane, Daisy, we are particular in who sees her for medical reasons. The doctors here are attentive in listening to the issues and symptoms. They are caring and really take their time in the diagnosis. We highly recommend this vet

My baby was doing fine when I walked in here she was a healthy 3 yr old pug. I wanted a second opinion on her condition and instead all they did was change her routine that a separate clinic had done for her. She got worse from Friday to Monday. She stopped eating, had fevers, got lethargic, and half her body became weak. Instead of speaking directly to her doctor I had seen 2 others. They advised me to bring her in for hospitalization and which then promised to do everything for her. This hospital is over priced and always go to surgery for every minor thing. Dr. McClean suggested an ultra sound and stated she was sure my baby had a blockage in her intestines and they were inflamed so she wanted to operate immediately. Me thinking she was sure said to operate when she was done she then called me back to state she had no obstruction, but now wanted to do a biopsy now that she was open. After the biopsy she wanted to transfer my dog the the ER for overnight care because apparently she had no platelets. But her blood work drawn from Friday did not reveal that, she was perfectly healthy. The ER they recommended had a 3.5 rating. I loved my dog very much to me she wasn't a number. They wanted to state my dog had Addison's but she did not start behaving that way until I brought her here. She then wanted to say she had a 50/50 chance of living because she had cancer. I knew better than to come back and will not be coming back. This was the same doctor that had seen my guinea pig prior and I also had to put him to sleep. If you choose to come here please be cautious, my dog could have been with me today but due to my poor choice in trusting these doctors I will never see or hug her again. Choose a vet that sees your dog as a pet not a number.

Took my pups in to set them up with a new vet since we moved down to Dallas. EVERYONE was kind and super excited to welcome my babies to their fur family!! My big baby had to stick around for a same day procedure and they we so transparent! From pricing to updates on my baby, they OVER communicated and I truly appreciate it!

I was worried my dog was having labor complications, I called around to get her seen ASAP. Metro Paws saw us immediately. They checked her out, turned out everything was okay. The staff was super friendly and sweet to Chloe. I will be bringing Chloe and her pups back. Huge thank you to the doctor and staff!

Update 3/11 : spoke to Amanda and she took the time to provide more clarity on the pricing. Original post: They are good for more preventive care which I am grateful for. However, I asked for a quote for dental cleaning as well as neutering. Received a quote for dental cleaning only and it was $1039-$2065 which was a range only. My dog was there one day prior and was weighed so if the price is based off weight, why not just quote me based off of his weight as of the previous day? I don't feel comfortable agreeing to a service with such a wide range. Additionally, the price seems extremely excessive for dental cleaning. I've received other quotes and nothing exceeded $800. So now we have to find another vet to perform these services.
