Frustrated with them tonight. Our regular vet couldn’t get us in and recommended going to healing hands. My dogs issue was not an ER issue. Felt like I wasn’t treated seriously even though my dogs ear has been busting open and bleeding everywhere almost every time she shakes her head. Staff should be mindful that taking in the back carries to exam rooms. Told them she wouldn’t tolerate a cone and was right-bandage they applied was off about soon after she was home because she was shaking her head continuously (which I told them that would happen).

These people are the most caring and sweetest people I've ever has the displeasure to me. Few weeks ago we took our dog Daisy in because we had a feeling she wasn't doing well. After a few tests the prognosis came back not good. So we made the extremely hard decision to put our dear daisy to rest forever. Their caring and kindness to our situation made the very heartbreaking situation a little easier. They took care of the cremation for us, and we picked our beloved daisy back up in a nice little box. And a few days later ended up with a card in the mail of our dogs last paw print in it. We didn't prompt them to do this kind gesture nor did we ask for such a thing after having her put to rest. This was clearly out of the kindness of their hearts and I am forever grateful they would go out of their way to do this for people they didn't even know. Thank you Healing Hands Vet you all are amazing and this family is a little happier knowing they have a final piece of their beloved pet. ❤️

I brought my bunny here on a weekend when nobody else could see him. Endlessly grateful for the staff! They were transparent, knowledgeable, and supportive during the process. Very grateful the Magic Valley has Healing Hands for emergencies like these — I thank them for saving his life!

Beyond grateful. Daisy was sick since Thursday and after calling every vet that morning till Sunday no one would take us. We walk in and the lady was so kind and helpful getting info and easy paperwork and got us right back into a room. The nurse comes right in and was sweet to Daisy and calm and heard all our concerns. The doctor was very kind and knew exactly what to do. They did not force unnecessary testing and gave us cost so we would be prepared for every route. I’m impressed and thankful for this ER vet.

Our labradoodle woke up at 3:00am on a Saturday morning throwing up. She continued throwing up & by noon I was worried. A few days before that we saw that she had a big scratch on her back leg. By the afternoon I noticed big patches of hair on the floor; she had pulled the hair away from her leg exposing a horrible bite wound. I had no idea if it was from a dog or snake. She took a turn for the worse & I knew she had to be seen. Our local vet was not available, then I saw that the nearest place was Healing Hands. I drove her there & they were able to see her right away. After about 45 minutes, they put her on strong antibiotics and gave her a shot. She felt better almost immediately. She was so happy, I knew she felt better! We've shared a close bond since then! I am so grateful to the entire staff that helped her. They were kind and helpful. I highly recommend them!

I had taken my dog backpacking with me in Sawtooth National Forest during the 4th of July weekend. My dog had developed a limp while on trail and some cuts to his paw pads. I wanted to get him looked at by a vet before I headed home to SLC, UT Saturday night/Sunday morning. I was able to have my dog evaluated on a Saturday night around 10 PM. The vet and staff were helpful and friendly and able to provide advice and a treatment plan for my dog. I'm thankful for this clinic having actual beneficial hours of operation, being an emergency vet!
