I have been going to Green Acres Pet Center for almost 10 years now. My dogs are family, and are very important to me, so I have incredibly high standards for how they are treated and handled medically. Dr. Stratman and her entire team are always (and have always been) wonderful, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and treat us like family. I am so beyond *thankful* for everyone there and would recommend them to anyone that wants a clinic that truly cares for their furry critters. :)

On Tuesday, my pet had a medical emergency, and I urgently reached out to the vet by calling their after-hours line multiple times, leaving a voicemail, and even sending a text message. However, despite my efforts, I have not received a callback from the vet to this day. This lack of response has been incredibly disappointing and concerning given the urgent nature of the situation.

A wonderful place to bring your pup for care. They are very kind and respectful. Never any pressure for tests or procedures, just honest, expert advice. I highly recommend Green Acers!

Elvira was very kind and gave us full attention when we had any questions or concerns prior to our appointment for our cat. Whenever we need paperwork she has it available as soon as possible. She is a friendly face and that's always great to see at a Vet office!

This review is purely for whoever answered the phone on Monday, March 4th, around 5 pm. My cat was feeling poorly all weekend but on Monday he started to really go downhill. I called my usual vet and they couldn't get him in. They recommended that I call around and see if another vet could see him, so that's what I did. I Googled vets in the Twin Falls area and just started at the top. Green Acres was the 4th vet on the list and the 4th vet that I called. The woman who answered said that they couldn't see him but to call around. I told her that I was calling around and that Green Acres was the 4th vet that I'd called. She kind of scoffs then tells me "There's a lot more than four vets, girlfriend." I'm sorry that I didn't call you in whatever order you deemed to be more appropriate but that doesn't justify the condescending response. Also, I'm not your girlfriend and I have no interest in being your girlfriend. In what universe would that be considered professional - let alone compassionate? Employing Nurse Ratchet is not a good look for any pet clinic. I only hope that the vets and the techs are much more professional and compassionate but the woman's demeanor on the phone was enough that I will never recommend Green Acres to anyone. And not that you asked (and you likely don't care based on how you treated me on the phone) but my cat died. On his 3rd birthday. So thank you for tainting his last few hours.

We have every confidence in Dr. Green. She has taken care of our dog for well visits as well as when he was ill. During our recent well dog visit she commented on the fact that Toby is overweight and his teeth could use some extra care. In reading the after visit summary she gave us SPECIFICS on how we could manage his weight. Given the fact that he also has complicated food allergies she researched and was able to suggest a dental chew that would be safe for him. We have never had a bad experience with his front end girls. They are always have a friendly greeting for us as well as Toby .
