The zoological center was awesome! It's a lot of reptiles, but they have interactive exhibits where you can feed and touch the animals, and staff brings around other critters to pet and hold. I even got my Britney Spears moment with a snake on my neck! Willow the porcupine was probably my favorite though. Reasonable prices for admission, and the feeding tokens are worth buying for more interactive fun. Definitely recommend a visit to the center in the mall if you get the chance!

For being a small zoo inside of a mall I was pleasantly surprised with how many animals they have and the set up/openness of the space. They have several different interactive stations and most of the displays are very open. My two favorites were the turtle and coy fish pond and the tortoise pen. If offers something different and fun for kids/people to do while in the mall.

When I heard that the mall was going to have a "zoo," I was honestly turned off by the idea. My first thoughts were unsanitary and smelly. Then i learned it was a wildlife sanctuary of reptiles, amphibians, and fish. My family has been twice, and both times have been great! The staff is friendly, the animals are awesome, and the kids love it. It's nice having something similar to the Boise Aquarium. If you haven't been, I recommend going at least once.

I was very surprised how many activities and animals they have here. It seems small from outside but it definitely delivers. Great pricing and very fun and interactive for kids and even adults.

Considering many of these animals are rescues, they have a really nice place to live! So many of the animals you get to interact with and touch, and it was absolutely beautiful! A child favorite was letting the fish nibble fingers, and getting to hold a gecko. They wanted to do those over and over again! It was amazing to see and pet a porcupine, and I played peek-a-boo with the macaws until they were squawking, dancing, and climbing on the bars to come see me! It may not be perfect, but I know they hope to expand one day, and this is absolutely great until then! We’re probably going to get a season pass so that whenever we’re at the playground and the kids decide they want to see the animals, we can just walk in whenever. It was worth the wait!

Took a drive with my daughters to Twin Falls today to visit the Twin Falls Zoological Center today! This was our 5-6 time out but the 3rd time we’ve been since they officially opened. Plenty to see, hours of entertainment and education for the kids! With Winter quickly approaching, this would be a great indoor activity to do with the entire family!
