I have called the local Twin Falls, ID. store every day for 4 days. No answers. Not once. Went in and had to hunt someone down to even get help. There was an older woman working the register up front and I asked about XS dog/puppy bark training collars. She asked if I knew where they were. I told her yes. She responded “well then what are you needing…?” I asked if someone would be able to go down the aisle that they were on and look at them with me. She then proceeded to walk over to a locked cabinet behind the other registers and looked at the ones they had. She asked how old my dog was. Didn’t ask me what all I was looking for etc. I stood there just watching her. She pulled a collar in a box out and stated “this looks like the one that would work. Is your dog 8 pounds?” I let her know that I was looking at one that would help with barking for a puppy that is at least 8 pounds but also wanted to compare a few and pricing. She walked over to a register and lets me know “this one is $105” I walked away frustrated and didn’t even end up getting one. Not personable, didn’t ask any questions or anything more for the reason I was looking. She apparently went on break and was parked out front of the store smoking in one of the “curbside pick up” spots, as an employee. Won’t be going back and will just be finding something at either PetCo or Amazon. Thanks for a bad experience and leaving a customer frustrated with no answers.

Had to buy a new razor for the puppies. The lady from grooming was so helpful in picking one out. They might not be cheap but they are so worth the price.

Love the fur baby store, a place where we can spoil our babies. Staff there is friendly and helpful especially Danelle Forschler. Thank you Danelle for being so kind, you stood out from the rest and your customer service is amazing.

The best food Selection every kind of dog food You can imagine, Took me an hour to find out what I need. so many choices. I going with a refrigerated chicken Mix Food It looked like home cooking. My dog absolutely loves it

Love the store I have nothing good to say about the grooming other than they had an appointment available. They traumatized my puppy and cut his nails so short that they bled all night along with rendering bald and not shampooing him either, which I paid for...I just wish I would have never taken him there, $77.00 dollars I should have thrown it out my window instead! The groomer is incompetent and should find a different field to go into!
