I had the pleasure of having my two dogs being taken care of by Dr. Diaz and Daniel. I normally trek all the way to the Upper West Side every year for the annual vet visits because I had a wonderful and patient vet up there, but decided to give One Love Hospital a shot since they were much closer and I needed one of my dogs to be seen more urgently. The visit went much smoother than expected, even for one of my dogs who normally requires sedation, but wasn't sedated at all during this visit. The exam room had more space than I'm used to, which was a pleasant surprise. I did not feel like they were trying to up-sell anything. They actually recommended against doing some things they found unnecessary. I'm looking forward to more seamless visits in the future.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. I had two appointments at other vet offices fall through (only chose them first because they were a bit closer to home), but was so glad in hindsight that they did because my pup and I had a very pleasant experience (and she doesn’t warm to people easily). By the time the appointment was done, despite being there to get vaccine shots, she was pulling her leash to go back inside the exam room hallway rather than leave and go outside (I figure that’s about the best endorsement a dog could give). Also loved that it didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me on unnecessary things - very honest and trustworthy. Definitely recommend strongly!

One Love has been really great with both of my kitties! Their appointments are usually with Dr. T, who is amazing, but the other vets who have seen them are great too, as are all of the techs. You can really hear in their voices just how much they love animals! After all of my appointments I’ve left feeling as though all my questions were answered thoroughly, and confident that my kitties were well cared for and will quickly recovery from whatever ailment brought them to the vet. I can’t agree or disagree with the the reviewers who say One Love is expensive since I haven’t used any other vets in NYC, but they do always come out with a tentative treatment plan + itemized prices and you’re free to decline anything that you feel is unnecessarily expensive. I disagree with the reviewers who have negative things to say about the receptionists. They’ve always been perfectly pleasant with me!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The Doctor and staff made my pet cat very comfortable, he felt at eased and was relaxed. The environment is professional and clean. All my concerns were answered both by the Doctor and staff. Thank you.

Truly amazing experience. Very kind and considerate. They listened to our concerns and assured us that it would be a positive experience unlike our previous visit at another hospital. They did not try to push any additional services that we didn't need. Super easy to work with especially during the coronavirus pandemic. I give the highest recommendation. Our pet was in a calmer state when returned back to us than when we initially arrived. All the animals that day had a pleasant energy.
