Dr. Todd is amazing! She is so personable, transparent, and treats your pet like her own. My little Abbie (as seen in the picture) had a very dangerous and aggressive infection. Dr. Todd went out of her way to schedule her surgery the same day I brought her in. I had a follow up visit with some concerns and Dr. Todd was amazing and so understanding. She answered all of my questions and very obviously knows what she’s doing. Besides Dr. Todd’s amazing capabilities and patient interactions, the rest of the staff I interacted with were incredible. I have never left a review before, but felt this organization and the individuals who work here deserved the credit. I trust them with overseeing my kiddo’s care and recommend their services to everyone!! Thank you River’s Edge Pet Medical Center for employing people with empathy and valuable skill sets. ❤️

We have taken our cat here twice how for one of his paws because our local vet didn't have appointment availability. Honestly, I wish River's Edge wasn't so far away from us, because if they were closer I'd switch vets (and our current one is great). The vet spent almost an hour with us getting to the bottom of why our cat was limping, and she and her assistant were so sweet and kind to us and our fur baby. They were also able to get us in to see the vet the day after we called, and during the day so we didn't have to pay for an emergency visit. Highly, highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience. We needed to get our Great Dane in to have some questions answered and they got us in same day. Reception was very nice when we called. Vet techs were very kind and compassionate and Dr. Gibson was incredible. He listened to us and came up with a plan and answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything before ending the appointment. Even made sure we knew they were open on Sunday and could just call if questions arose. Would highly recommend and we are VERY particular about the care of our dog. Thank you so much for caring for our sweet boy!!

We had a wonderful experience at River's Edge Pet Medical Center. We took our cat in due to nail clipping accident causing him to bleed non-stop. We were was able to get in pretty quickly consider minor injury that other hospital in town did not want to admit him but River's Edge did. We were very concerns about how much our cat bled. The vet and the staff were very kind an professional. We felt much comfort from thier service as they ensured that our cat would be just fine. The veterinary cost was very reasonable as we were expecting to pay much higher than what was charged. We wish we had known about this hospital before and would come here for regular vet visits. Thanks to the vet and the vet assistant. We really appreciate everything your help on that day .

River's Edge Pet Medical Center responded and fit me in when I needed urgent care for my pomeranian while we passing through Albany recently. They are very professional and caring, competent and efficient. They treated my pom with great care and eased my stress as well. They also followed up on his care with a phone call to answer any questions and see how he was doing with his meds. I highly recommend this Pet medical practice!!!

I just want to say that I have been involved with animal rescue for 30 years, been to many vets & worked in the vet industry myself and this was one of the top 3 experiences I've EVER had. Sadly, the reason for going was to say goodbye to my Emmie-M aka: princess puffy pants, her decline had been very sudden- but I'm telling you, all the way from the front office to the back staff and Dr. Annie Todd, it was pure compassion, professionalism, kindness, and warmth. I can't believe that I had the best experience on one of the worst days imaginable...but I did. I absolutely admire the consistency throughout the clinic, every person we encountered was so kind, it felt very genuine. These people bring their hearts to work and I absolutely cannot recommend this clinic high enough! Thank you Dr. Todd for giving my baby such incredible care, and thank you to every single person working that day! The last memory I have of her is surrounded by love. You guys are amazing!!
