I absolutely love this place. My first time here was 6 months ago when my dog got injured and she needed to see a vet urgently. They waived the $75 exam fee and tended to her right away. The doctor patiently discussed all my options with me and even found some flexibility in the price range. The techs and the desk staff were incredibly welcoming. Seriously, they offered soda and coffee and snacks, they gave me a Firehouse water bottle, a sticker, a dog tag, even offered me a bottle of wine (!?). The hospitality was almost comical. I've been back a couple times since and it's like this every time I go. Everyone treats you as though they genuinely care about you and your pet — something that should just be a given at any vet clinic but sadly isn't. The docs and techs always have outstanding bedside manner which is just as important as professionalism and medical expertise. I simply can't say enough good things about the folks at Firehouse. Gerri, Maureen, and DeAndra deserve a personal shout-out. Keep on being wonderful!

Firehouse took such good care of my boy! They made sure to explain everything very thoroughly and check in with me regularly to make sure Pug is doing well. Amazing people! My regular vet was closed when my beloved Buddy started his journey across the rainbow bridge. The people at Firehouse were wonderful and helped us navigate the process of good-bye as gently as possible. They explained everything, allowed me to hold him throughout, and gave us the alone time we needed. I will never be able to say enough good things about Firehouse Animal Health Center.
