Absolutely love East Side Pet Ranch for daycare (play days for my girls) and boarding. The staff is amazing, facilities well maintained to provide great care and play experiences, and convenient additional services such as onsite grooming and veterinary. Plus the price for my two big clouds is hard to beat! Fully recommend and my girls have been frequent guests.

Pros - super friendly, all in one location including a vet next door and grooming services for pick up. Easy to schedule and easy hours for drop off and pick up. Dogs are becoming regulars and the staff are very friendly with them. Cons - prices recently were increased by a good percentage amount. If you don’t book about a month out on holidays or weekends, sometimes limited availability.

Shelby is the best mini schnauzer groomer in the Austin area. I’ve been to many, many grooming establishments in town and they always botch my dog’s cut. Not Shelby, she gets it right every time. The only thing I would change is the location because it’s far from where I live. Not a deal breaker though since the service is great, the cut is excellent, and I only go once every 2-3 months.

Heading out of town unexpectedly and had to board our cat Church. First time visiting and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanness, professional staff and reasonable prices. He had his own suite for a small daily fee. Brand new business with tremendous potential for success! Loved it and will go back again. Give them a call and chat about their services, you won't regret it. Grooming services as well!

We have boarded our dogs twice, taken them to daycare a handful of times and gotten both of them groomed here! I toured the building and it was nice to see indoor play areas and shaded outdoor areas. I am really impressed with their grooming services as well and the staff’s attention to doggy daycare. It also helped that one dog got a bit sick (separation anxiety) during boarding and the staff reached out to me and coordinated with the vet next door. I was nervous but also relieved that the vet could see him right away and we even picked up the medicine at the same time is pick up. I am glad this is close to our house and has all the services needed for the doggies! Here is a picture of our groomed schnauzer!

It’s such a relief once you find a daycare & boarding facility that you trust to look after your dog (or cat). That’s exactly you get with East Side Pet Ranch. Their staff is courteous, attentive, and clearly care about the animals their customers entrust to them. East Side Pet Ranch will be my go-to for boarding and daycare for as long as I live on this side of town; and it doesn’t hurt they’re so close to the airport!
