I can’t thank the team at VCA Tanglewood enough for their amazing care with my dog, Beatrice! She’s a bit of a nervous girl, but the vet tech Bethany and Dr.Matthyssen were so sweet and gentle with her. They quickly figured out her ear infection and allergies—something we had trouble getting answers for elsewhere. It was such a relief to see them understand exactly what was going on and give us clear, easy-to-follow recommendations. We felt right at home. A huge thumbs up to this fantastic team! Here she is on her way home with a cute bandanna and a new patient goodie bag❤️

Absolutely the best vet clinic I've ever been to! We've been going to VCA Tanglewood for 1.5 years, and we've had nothing but the best care! They are always patient with our dog, who is extremely anxious about visiting the vet, and they always take the time to befriend her and get her to relax before beginning the exam. We've had to take our dog in for several concerns, ranging from UTI's to a tooth extraction to back pain, and every time the veterinarians are very good about explaining every option, giving recommendations, and getting us prescriptions quickly. Scheduling is easy, and everyone at the front desk is so patient and kind. Highly recommend!

We had to unfortunately put our dog of 11 years to sleep yesterday. We immediately got an appointment with the offer of coming in before appointment if needed. We were also offered the room for the entire day if needed. Every single person we met was absolutely incredible. The techs were so kind and compassionate. We have young children and they were with us in the room when our dog passed. Dr. Travis was a lifesaver. She is perhaps the kindest, most compassionate person I've ever met. I felt so safe and cared for. Our sweet dog was given so much love by everyone at Tanglewood and nothing felt rushed. I hope anyone reading these reviews are not needing to euthanize, but if you do, please go to Dr. Travis. She and the techs (I wish I had names) are the reason we are standing today. Winchester passed surrounded by love and not just from his family, but the entire staff at Tanglewood. Thank you for helping us yesterday, we are eternally grateful. With euthanasia and cremation (we did not do a private cremation), we paid right around $250.

I have a rescue dog that is fear reactive due to a past abuse history and going to the vet used to give us both anxiety. The team at VCA Tanglewood is great at working with his boundaries, making us both feel comfortable, and making great care recommendations. My pup even enjoys his vet visits now!

Max has been seeing Dr. Chapman since he was eight weeks old. At nine weeks, Max had a stroke which paralyzed his rear right leg. He's eight months now. It's been a rough time, but Max is so much better and actively healthy now. The VCA staff have always been great; friendly and professional. We are seen within a few minutes of the appointment time and most staff recognize Max when we walk in. We joined the Pet club and it has been well worth the cost. If you know you are going to be seeing the Dr. a lot, I highly recommend joining. We are using the kenneling service now as well. Cost efficient, a personal kennel, daily exercise and grooming for a reasonable cost. Plus knowing Dr. Chapman and Max's records are right there if needed. I highly recommend VCA Tangelwood to anyone and often do when talking to other pet owners. Thanks for all you've done for Max.
