Dr Q and Sophia did a PHENOMENAL job helping my poor baby this morning with an allergic reaction. They were kind, compassionate, and efficient. I appreciated them being up front about the plan of care and costs, there were no surprises. Maya is feeling much better and is home safe and sound. What a great experience I am so blessed to have found them 🩷 they even laid out a blanket for Maya!! How sweet. Maya was given lots of hugs and affection during her stay.

Staff was kind and attentive while managing the inherent chaos of any ER. My wife and I were welcome to sit with our little puppy anytime, day or night, which eased both our anxiety and Mochi’s. You can tell the VEG staff loves all animals and will treat yours as if your pet were their own. Thank you VEG for taking great care of Mochi!

My sweet dog, Donut, cut his leg and needed stitches. The folks at VEG treated us like family from the moment we walked in until we left with stitches. We were immediately taken to the back and offered water while we waited. People brought Donut blankets and treats and made sure he was comfortable. We saw the incredibly kind Dr. Griffin who went over everything she needed to do to patch Donut up. They went over all the pricing (ouch!) and got Donut on the table to stitch up. I was allowed to be right by his side the entire time. I feel like everyone there loved my dog as much as I do. It was a stressful situation, but they made it so manageable. They transferred everything they did to my vet right away and even followed up to see how Donut is doing. I highly recommend VEG!

We didn’t get seen as timely as the other pets who came in after us but understandable they were understaffed that night, but also they came running to attend to Remy as soon as I noticed he was getting worse while waiting. They were very attentive to his serious symptoms and communicated to me with all the good and bad information to prepare me for things to possibly get worse. The round the clock attentive care and proactive steps to improve Remy’s anemic episode kept me sane to know that there was a plan to do something to save his life. I loved that they welcomed me to stay by his side on the hospital floor and set up a private room for us during our second night so I could cuddle my pup while he continued treatment. The excitement on the teams face with every passing hour gave me hope that Remy was going to make it out of this scary illness and they were always honest with me. Remy is alive today thanks to the incredible VEG team for planning and holding hope that Remy would kick this episode

Dr Jacobson, the office staff, the med techs .. everyone is pleasant, calm, compassionate and transparent in their care of my dog. I could be with him the entire time. Everyone is compassionate for me the worried “mom” too ! I was able to ask Dr Jacobson questions. He included me in Charlie’s care. The price for the visit was very reasonable. No one tried to push extras for more money. I highly recommend VEG (Veterinary Emergency Group) Pet ER. I will take my pets to them again if they need emergency care. Thank you VEG ER

I am so grateful to have brought my Abby to VEG. I had the best experience just with the phone call alone. I brought my baby in with no wait but then 3 very urgent pets came in shortly after so naturally had to wait a bit, but the staff was still attentive to us. The facility looked brand new, spacious, and is comforting. What I loved the most is not only is the staff sweet and actually knows what the hell they’re doing BUT they make your pet feel comfortable in an uncomfortable setting <3 I went to Honnas Vet on S.Lamar the day prior to get blood work done & they were $$$$. Not only is the clinic bare but I feel the vet failed to thoroughly explain results + treatment plan considering the poor state my pet was in. Thank you VEG for all your help in getting Abby to feel better. Huge s/o to Dr. Cody for being knowledgeable and answering all my questions! 10/10 Staff & Facilty✨
