The absolute best veterinary experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Connor and every single member of the staff (especially Jocelyn) were so compassionate and all around incredible. Dr. Connor gave my dog more time and attention than our regular vet ever has, giving him a thorough examine and answering all my questions. I was also able to be with my dog the entire time, including during his bloodwork - this took so much stress off both of us. Truly can’t speak highly enough of the entire team and the care they provided. Hopefully we never have to go back, but if we do, there is no doubt that we will be in excellent hands. Thank you!

We had a sudden emergency with our boy John Mayer and I could not have had a better experience with my boy. They kept us informed throughout the whole process, patiently answered all our questions.They were also very supportive and understanding as we navigated all the emotions of the visit. Without them I literally wouldn’t have my boy. He’s thriving now.

The best vet experience I've had ... ever? At an emergency vet? Yes. Lots to like, where to begin. 1 - It feels like they have almost too much staff, in a good way. I interacted with 3 different people within the first 5 minutes, all warm and welcoming. 2 - The setup is different, one large open area where owners sit with their pets in a lobby-like setup. I thought it was kinda weird at first, but it's actually reassuring in a way - you see other people, calm with their pets getting care. 3 - The staff was incredibly warm and knowledgeable. Not recommending things you don't need to run up a bill. Paying close attention to your pet. Just wonderful. I kinda hope I never have to go back (for obvious reasons), but it'll be our first choice when the time comes.

We can't thank the team at Veterinary Emergency Group and Doctor Connor enough for the exceptional care they provided to Baxter last week. From the moment we walked in, we felt he was supported throughout his treatment. The entire team treated Baxter with such compassion and expertise, giving him the best possible care. We are endlessly grateful for their kindness and dedication, and we can't imagine a better place for Baxter to have been treated. The staff, including front desk, nurses, and vets were incredible. They took excellent care of my dog, were responsive, kind, and truly listened. The cost came in slighter under the estimate, which I appreciate. Overall a fantastic business with wonderful staff. Highly recommend!!!

Brought my dog in for eating something she shouldn’t have. She wasn’t in super critical condition but they triaged her so quick and they made sure we (the parents) were very comfortable the entire time we were there. The practice is so clean and the staff are not only super knowledgeable, supportive, but extremely friendly and compassionate. Dr Smith was the doctor to treat my dog and she was very helpful. Dr Johnson was the doctor that released her and she was also so sweet. They had pictures of them carrying my pet around in a sling to keep her company since she can be a little vocal in a kennel. Overall, a better than expected experience especially considering I was extremely worried about my pup. I also watched them treat and care for other pets and were so gentle and caring for them and their owners!! Thanks VEG, and the whole team.
