Absolutely amazing facility and staff! I recently moved to the Austin area and was nervous about finding a new vet for my puppy and drove by Four Paws. Even on a busy day they were attentive, friendly and so polite! Will absolutely be making this our new go to vet clinic!

I recently gave a less than positive review while dealing with the loss of my boy Paddi. I accused Four Paws of negligence and was totally wrong. Many friends pointed out to me my hypocrisy doing Google Vet care....Paddi was 15 and had a long life. Four Paws was always there for us and showed professional and warm care for Paddi. I am grateful for them and was wrong in my recent review. Loss was something that caught me off guard, and I did the one thing I always got after others for doing. Google research.....ignoring the many years of schooling they go through. My apology to Four Points for the wrongfully posted review. I will work to do better. Four Paws is a great, caring place for your pet that you love.

Friendly staff with great hours. We love Dr. James and come in quite frequently with our three-legged cat 😅 They are always helpful and available in emergencies!

This veterinary practice is solid. They have experienced vets that give appropriate advice/counsel on medical issues. They are compassionate with end of life issues. The staff are caring with animals. They have a separate place to wait that’s comfortable. We’ve boarded our pets before and feel completely comfortable with their care, including giving meds.

Absolutely is the best place in Austin. Knowledgeable teams and affordable prices. Doctor Dawn James is the best. My dog had a cyst on his back and was handled just less than 30 minutes. Office teams are so nice and welcoming as well! Thanks

I don’t usually write google reviews, but it’s Veterinary Receptionist Week and I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for not only the vets and techs that work here, but the receptionists who are the front face of this office. I can tell you they care about my cats like they were their own. I have been taking my two fur-babies here since they were kittens and the staff there has always treated us humans with kindness and respect, but I can tell they absolutely love our cats. This week when one of pets got ill, we called them for advice and they receptionist made sure to speak to a vet tech and call us back; later when we ended up needing to make an in-person appointment for him, they emailed us a list of emergency clinics nearby in case things got worse before the morning. My pets have never been afraid to go to the vet because of the staff here. And I’m have never felt more assured that they are in good hands. Thank you guys for all that you do. Pinball and Mr. Turniphead love y’all 💗
