AMAZING!! it is very clear that everyone in this office cares about each and every pet! We just moved to Austin and I had a few concerns about my dog and a mass. They made sure to get every detail possible about what we’ve been observing and his behaviors they were extremely thorough with everything and also made sure to give me multiple options of how to move forward! I absolutely love the service and friendliness! This will be our go to. We also left with the cutest name tag and a bag full of goodies!!!

I really liked this veterinary clinic and the doctors who helped my dog. We were greeted with a smile, everything was very punctual, and we didn't have to wait. In the examination room, they offered my dog peanut butter and ice cream. The price I paid for all the services was very pleasant. After all the procedures were done, they gave us a special tag with my dog's name and my phone number, in case the dog gets lost and someone finds it. They also gave us a bottle of wine because today was our first visit to this clinic. I would like to thank them for such excellent customer service and professionalism. I will recommend this place to all my acquaintances and friends.

I generally don’t like to go to the vet and do everything naturally at home whenever possible. A friend told me about fire house when I discovered that my cat has a large lump. I got an appointment the same day, the staff is all very friendly and helpful. They were considerate of my natural healing methods and philosophies, but also offered a type of antibiotic that I feel much better about using than what normally gets prescribed by most vets. They were also compassionate about financial limitations, and didn’t try to squeeze me. I definitely appreciate that. The biggest surprise came with a new patient gift bag that included a bottle of wine and an ID tag already with my cats name in my phone number on it! They also gave me a complementary appetite motivator that is all natural, which is really important because my cat can’t eat most cat food and treats because of the ingredients. I had a good experience, and I can recommend Dr. Armstrong. I didn’t get to meet the other vet Dr. Honning yet it, but I’m sure she is just as awesome.

Firehouse vet is amazing. I called for my puppy Kairo because he was coughing and they got me into see the dr that same morning! Both the technician and doctor were really good with my puppy and handle your pets very compassionately. Dr Davis is very nice, and super knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. The prices are also affordable unlike some vets in the area. Highly recommended:)

They do a free consult for first time clients. I had an emergency with my 2 year old cat Moose & I was lucky enough to get an appointment 15 minutes after calling as they had availability. The facility was clean! They provided treats hard/soft along with a cat tree in the exam room. I was able to get the prescription medications needed to treat the insect sing that caused an immediate abscess on his cheek. Thank you again to the friendly staff. They are affordable so I highly recommend!
