Great facility, fantastic staff, top notch service and care to our furry friends. My experience with them has been wonderful. I will add photos on my next visit. Princess is not a puppy anymore but certainly acts like a sweet puppy for folks at VCA Lakeline.

I had such a great experience coming here. Dr. Pasternak is the best ever. My cat had a severe bite wound. She did a great job of getting my cat back to health and walking again. I've been to several other vets in this area over the last few years and I finally found a place where it's a pleasure to be a returning client. All of the staff was wonderful as well.

This past wednesday, my family and I lost our dog and family member of 14 years. Her name was Dolce :) I didn’t get any names, but the vet techs and veterinarians who aided us in helping her pass on deserve all the love and praise. They even let me and my brother keep the blankets she was on when she passed. We’d been taking her to them since we got her as a puppy, and we’re happy they were with us when she became a sweet old lady and when she was ready for her next journey. Thank you to the team!

everyone was super nice, i’ve been here twice with both my cats and the second time for blood work for one of my cats. i was going to set up another appointment for my second cat to get blood work but no one has called to tell me the results of my first cats work. i’ve called three times and no one can interpret it except the doctor, who is too busy to call. very disappointing. i just called and had them email all of my records over for my new vet. hopefully they actually follow up with my pets care.

Dr. Mong & his staff have taken very good care of my dog. They are very good at what they do, very attentive & keep track of how he is doing. Although we have moved away, we continue to visit with them because we trust them.
