Savita and her team did a good job helping me navigate my older dog's health problems. His treatments seemed to have helped him and he doesn't have an infection anymore. I'm not even sure he knows what happened! Anyways he's back to his old self and chasing after squirrels again. And I'm happy I chose Wells Branch. Also, their prices are very reasonable.

I went to this vet as we had an urgent matter with our 14 yr old cat and our regular vet was not available. We are in the sad stages of dealing with end of life care for our cat. Our cat was in a lot of distress due to constipation and the vet spent the first 30 minutes of our visit scolding us and guilting us for not having taken him to a specialist (for the many other health concerns out old cat has and not the constipation that we took him in for). In these 30+ minutes that we wasted not helping my cat in distress, the vet was more worried about getting all of my cat's medical records (on a Saturday) and again, did not address the constipation that was causing an immense amount of distress on my pet. They finally took our cat back and after being scolded and told that my cat might need to be put down, I began to cry. Once the vet returned to the consultation room, her demeanor changed as she may have realized that we, as pet owners, have emotions and have done the best for our cat. Our wishes to find comfortable end of life care for our car without putting him through procedures at this old age did not seem to be respected. We were told that if he was not better by our follow up(3 days later) we would need to make a decision about putting him down. The day of our follow-up visit, we called at 7:00am to see if we could be squeezed in earlier as our cat was not doing well again. The receptionist offered an earlier slot than our original visit and when my partner explained that our cat was in distress again, he rudely told us"that is why I just told you we have a 9:45 available". We FORTUNATELY were able to take our cat to our regular vet (North Lamar Vet Clinic) and walked in, in tears, thinking we were about to have to put our cat down. We were reminded what good bedside manner is and we were talked through options that we still have for our old man, in a compassionate manner. Think twice about taking your pet here if you care about receiving compassionate care when your loved one isn't feeling well. So unfortunate that this is the way customers and pet owners are treated this way. Under stress we may ask for too much, but there are nicer ways to treat paying customers in these stressful situations.

Unprofessional and rude. Never lecture a customer. These doctors assume to know your animals and how they act at home. Most dogs are not fond of the vet and will act differently while there. They did not take the time to get to know my dogs. Basically told me to be careful of them...they are giant babies. Plus they refuse to let you sit with your pets during the exams. Every other vet in the world allows this. Never again.

Took my doodle to be spayed and the experience was great! Everyone from the front desk, to the vet tech, to the Vet were very caring and helpful. My pup came home with a TINY incision and didn’t need a cone! Don’t be fooled by the modest building because that allows them to keep prices low and care high!

Dry friendly and positive group of people, did all they could to make my BB as comfortable, the Vet spent plenty of time studying the situation before making any suggestions or recommendation. She love our pets as her own Thank you guys and see you in couple of weeks for a recheck and hopefully full recovery ❤️

The doctors and staff are so attentive. I have been helped with feline UTI emergencies, feral cat spays and vaccinations. I appreciate the knowledgeable doctors and technicians. They are gentle with my cats, and they are also nice to me!
