I had a pleasant experience with Prospect Heights Animal Hospital at every touchpoint: from calling in to schedule an appointment; to the front desk staff; to the tech and vet. The space itself is clean and in a central location. We arrived a bit early for our appointment and were seen immediately. Everyone was kind and clearly provided any information I needed to know prior to / during my pet's visit. The tech + vet were very friendly and gentle with my cat, and happily answered any questions I had. I look forward to having this as my cat's new go-to animal hospital!

My dog and I have been coming here for at least 7 years, if not more. All their doctors throughout the years have been wonderful. Highly attentive and genuine care when it comes to your pets health. I’ve always felt my dog was in qualified and caring hands. The front desk people have some improving to do though. They tend to be cold and somewhat rude and not always helpful. I tend to ignore that aspect of the service because the doctors are so great. We also go to All Ears Vet down the street as our secondary veterinarian.

The staff is always extremely professional and caring, from the medical staff to the administrative personnel. No matter how grim the situation, they are kind and knowledgeable and provide a supportive space for whatever you need.

I've been taking my dog to Prospect Heights Animal Hospital for about three years now, and the people working there have been so kind in helping us deal with a variety of issues. My dog is very fearful of strangers, but they work so hard to make the experience as calm and pain-free as possible. I also appreciate their transparency and honesty when it comes to pricing and their promptness with refilling prescriptions.

I recently moved to the area and had to bring my cat in for her first visit when she had a massive lump on her neck. We saw Dr Arroyo who was so kind and patient over the phone with me since I couldn’t go inside during the visit due to COVID-19 precautions. I’m a bit of an anxious mother when it comes to my cat but she was wonderful at keeping me calm and being upfront about costs and treatments. She predicted it would be an infection but still sent out a sample to the lab, and when we got the results it turns out it was an infection! So thanks to Dr. Arroyo’s acumen and intelligence we were able to get a head start on treatment. My kitty is all healed now and so happy! I will definitely be returning, thank you PHAH!

I went with my puppy Mochi for her 11 week check up. Our first visit with Dr. Wolfe was excellent! The front desk was professional and friendly, the technician handled Mochi with care, and Dr. Wolfe answered all of my new-puppy-owner questions. We feel so lucky to have found our vet!!
