I enthusiastically recommend Next Generation Pest Control. They were extremely easy to work with and polite. They were on the dot for every appointment. They went the extra mile and checked places where critters could come in that were completely missed by a (larger) competitor. I live in a twin and they found an opening in the house next door, which the previous company didn't even find because they only focused on my dwelling. But it's the same building so it was extremely helpful that Next Generation checked all possible places. They were excellent about following up and checking the traps. I will definitely use them in the future.

I don't recommend this company at all. Another exterminator showed me how their one way squirrel door was installed improperly, they insisted on trying to get some money from my neighbor to "really fix our problem" and they completely ghosted me when I approached them after service about a dead squirrel in my attic shortly after their service. Maybe they got better the last few years but I'd say call anyone else. EDIT to respond to the owner's comment: his statements are absolutely untrue, especially about coming out to handle a dead squirrel. I know cause I waited for them to show up and I had to shovel that thing out myself. He's more than welcome to disagree with my statements but he needs to start from a place of accuracy. I won't dispute that I never expressed my disatisfaction to them - I chalked it up to a learning experience cause I don't like dealing with companies I don't like more than once. But that's what reviews are for. I've said my peace on that matter ✌🏿

Damien did an excellent job removing the squirrel from the crawl space under my roof and sealed up other potential entry ways. Definitely would recommend Next Generation Pest Control!

A raccoon had gotten into our roof and was causing lots of noise and distress. After two failed attempts by other companies to treat the issue, Next Generation responded to my request within 24 hours. They were completely transparent with the process and very reasonable pricing prior to coming out which was much appreciated. We were able to set up an appointment within the week and Damien and Damien Jr. were a pleasure to work with. They were quick, efficient, and very helpful answering my questions. I am so thankful to have this problem taken care of. I highly recommend Next Generation Pest Control and would absolutely use their services again.

We had been having problems with squirrels getting into our attic. We didn't know how they were getting in, but we could hear them in the attic and it was really stressful. Damien and his son came out to our house three times. They found the entry points, helped us set traps in the attic and sealed off all entry points. It's blissfully quiet now and we're so grateful. Damien and his son were so professional, knowledgeable and kind. And their prices were very reasonable. We are so grateful to have our squirrel problem resolved and we highly recommend them.

Can't say enough about Next Generation Pest Control. They helped get a squirrel family out of my roof. When the first solution didn't work they were very responsive came back until they were all gone. Would recommend for any squirrel issues in Philadelphia.
