Rebecca did a great job! New to Philly & my first time getting my pup groomed since his summer cut and it came out so cute. 😍 She did analyze his fur before taking him and noticed there were some tiny knots in his fur and let me know upfront it would be an additional $10-$15 to demat. She kept his long eyelashes & made him look like a teddy bear just how I envisioned. It’s my first time here and the staff were so friendly. Will def return.

It was my first time at this store. I went in with my cat after a vet appointment. The store is immaculate and has an extensive selection of great brands. The customer service was terrific. We signed up for the rewards program quickly and easily. They helped me find what I needed for my cat, and the woman who helped me was very knowledgeable—giving us great information and suggestions about our questions. Thank you for the excellent service.

i didn't get her name but i went there looking for some toys and other things for my cat. the woman working there was very helpful and attentive and my cat LOVES the toys she picked out. i'm very grateful because my kitty's been feeling a little down lately. thank you so much! great place

Rebecca groomed our Goldendoodle. She was to be groomed 2 weeks earlier, but due to circumstances beyond anyones control she was, lets just say, "a mass of doodle fur". This groomer performed nothing short of magic to make her look fantastic.

Dan the manager at the Fairmount location is absolutely amazing. I recently adopted a puppy through Saved Me, and it could not have gone more smoothly. All due to Dan’s exceptional help. I had filled out a paper application at Saved Me, and initially I wasn’t able to get an answer from anyone there as to what the status was. Someone suggested I call Dan, and he immediately took ownership. He went WAY out of his way to track down where my application went and kept in frequent contact with status updates and what steps I needed to take to get everything in order. It was as if I had a personal liaison guiding me through the process. He arranged everything for me to pick up the pup at the Passyunk store, and there were no complications. He even called me a few days later just to check in and be sure everything is going okay. Wow!! In a day and age in which customers are often left on their own to navigate through difficult or broken processes, my whole experience FAR surpassed any expectations. Huge kudos to Dan for everything. I’m now the very proud owner of my new best friend. And it would not have happened without him. Thank you!!!

They are so sweet. Love this location employees are very friendly store is well kept. I was told to go visit another one to check out the dogs for adoption which I will be doing soon. Very knowledgeable as well. I came there doing instacart and I was sold so I came back and same experience.
