Great place great people. Started with a panic phone all about our pup eating a bone. Zina was very helpful and calming . Went through all the symptoms and set us up with an appointment. Vet tech and the vet were very informative, helpful and caring. Will definitely be using thrive for any future needs for our pup!

Had a lovely experience here. I did some extensive research ahead of time before booking an appointment, which really paid off. I was able to get an appointment same day. The vet took me back immediately and spent at least 25 minutes talking to me about my dog. They didn’t require unnecessary test that would run up my bill as I have experienced at other veterinarians. Solid experience all around and I will certainly be back

I took my dog in for a visit on Saturday 12/16 because she’s been coughing/hackling. The vet didn’t run any lab tests and just prescribed OTC allergy medication. I called today because her symptoms got worse and the receptionist had a “not my problem” attitude. I explained we had just been there on Saturday and needed someone to check her again today. I also said I had audios of her cough for the vets to listen to. She said that they were busy and advised me to “call around other Austin clinics” for availability. I then noticed that the Vet wrote that I “declined lab work” during my visit, which was NOT true. He didn’t even suggest that a test was needed. Terrible service from a team that clearly does not care about their patients’ health.

This was our second opinion. We took our cat, Bruce to a certain Austin Chron coupon vet. We had taken our cats there for decades. We were not happy with their diagnosis and treatment of our cat. This place came recommended by a co-worker. I am so glad we did. They were thorough, giving him bloodwork and asked for a stool sample. They took the time with us in the room answering all our questions and going over all of the possibilities. Within 2 days, we had results, a diagnosis and treatment plan. It confirmed what we thought was going on. My only reason for a 4 is how they take your pet away for the exam. They did do bloodwork which is heartbreaking to watch as we know from previous experiences with other cats. But that means we did not get to see how the Dr. or techs actually interacted with our baby.

The entire staff here is amazing. They truly do care about your pet and go above and beyond in caring for them. I am so grateful and thankful for this clinic, they are super heroes!

My dog is a bit anxious but the staff is very caring and awesome! They care about your pets as if they were their own and are awesome at doing it!
