Truly the best. Started going to Duke a few years ago after trying out several other vets in the area and it has always been a great experience. They kept my older dog healthy and comfortable through aging and felt like friends. Incredibly responsive to emails and calls anytime there was an emergency, knowledgeable staff, accommodating with scheduling, and empathetic caretakers. My dog had a few dental procedures performed and they were always awesome with check-ins and with post-care.

I love Duke Animal Hospital. My cat HATES Duke Animal Hospital. But that's not the fault of the practice. Despite being a "spicy kitty" at the vet, my cat gets excellent care. We've been clients for years and usually see Dr Alore, who is patient and kind with my elderly but feisty cat. I'm usually given an estimated cost over the phone before the appointment, then once there we go over exam and lab options and costs again. There are never any nasty surprises with what I owe after the fact. From sending questions through the portal to getting prescriptions refilled via text to in-person visits, the whole staff is professional and quick to respond. I love this vet practice. Too bad the cat doesn't agree.

I wanted to thank the staff for getting me in for a possible FB on my reactive cattle dog mix. I appreciated everyone being so kind to him. Going to school with the tech was so refreshing! Highly recommend 😄🐶 We will definitely be back for more routine visits

Love this place! I used to take a previous poochie here and was always very satisfied. A couple months ago i was rescued by a baby boy Pitty/Bóxer mix and this place has been fantastic to him so far. They are currently expanding next door so to me that speaks volumes of their commitment to service and professionalism. Highly recommend this Veterinario 😬

Upfront about pricing pre-appointment and during appointment so there are no surprises. Their communication is STELLAR! Staff is knowledgeable, thoughtful, professional, and overall just a great group of people! My cat really liked the Vet Tech Jackie; and my cat doesn’t take too well to new people so fast!
