Pets First is wonderful, from reception to vet techs to the amazing Dr. C, Hoover and I were treated kindly and patiently from start to finish. Dr C answered all my questions, examined her from head to toe, and gave good suggestions without judgment or scare tactics. We started my senior dog on a new regimen, and she has never been healthier and happier. Hoover and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Dr C and Pets First!

What a wonderful collection of doctors, techs, and staff that have always made us and our animals feel welcome, safe, and empowered to make decisions best for our family. We started coming here in 2020 after we adopted a Staffordshire terrier mix from an owner who used to bring her here. We decided to continue to take her here since they already knew her medical and behavioral history and it was one of the best decisions we made for our Lunella and now our newer dog Nicodemus. They have a great understanding of bully rescues and have always shown us the best care. Dr. Mitchell is our main doctor, who is very loved and trusted by Luna. And if a reactive dog like her can like someone so much, that just demonstrates how great he is with his patients. We cannot recommend him enough. He must see so many patients every week but always remembers both of our dogs' specifics, which deepens his understanding of their care. When he's not available, we have been in great hands with Dr. Natarajan, Dr. Larsen, and Dr. Breslin, too. They have all gotten us through GI obstructions, ACL tears, allergies, behavioral medications, and yearly vaccines and checks. They have given us amazing specialist referrals for surgeries and behavioral training as well. Pets First has got lightning in a bottle over there with this powehouse of physicians. All tech and staff members we meet there are wonderfully thoughtful people, who turn anxious vet visits into pleasant experiences. Their love for all pets really shines through from appointment start to finish, and stretches even further into call and text followups afterwards. We are incredibly fortunate to have such a great vet team behind Lunella Estrelya and Nicodemus the Bulldozer. Thanks Y'all.

I can’t say enough about how great this place is and I should know as I had another vet before Dr.C and I can’t tell you enough about the difference. Both her and her staff are kind and thoughtful, she cares about her patients as if they were her own dogs and I feel at ease whenever I see her or have questions about my dog. I wish I knew about her sooner but given the age of my dog and some of the health issues he has, I’m glad I found her to give him the best care at the time he needs it the most. Thank you Dr. C and staff for all that you do for your clients, it’s so refreshing to see vets that put pets first.

Fantastic Vet, for both cats and dogs. Very experienced and personable staff. The best note about this clinic and at least my veterinarian is the communication, even after the visit. Having been to multiple in the area, my pet will be a patient here for a long time to come!

I have been to a lot of different vets over the course of my dog Noodle’s life as we’ve moved across the country (and as her needs have changed). Pets First is the best of all. Both Dr. C and Dr. Mitchell have seen her and taken amazing care of her. The techs and front desk staff are warm and clearly love all the animals. They patiently answer all my questions (I’m a very worried dog parent) and respond thoughtfully to emails and calls. She’s never been healthier, and I’ve never felt more comfortable with her care. Their prices and approach to treatment are transparent and clear. I love Pets First!

I've been coming to Pets First for about three years now. The first year~ of care for our three pets was excellent, with Dr. C and Dr. Mitchell taking good care of our animals and giving detailed recommendations when any issues arose. Since then, it's been a different experience. Every time I call I feel like I'm passed around to 3-4 different people before ever getting an answer. Something as simple as refilling heartworm medication has taken multiple trips to the office and conversations with staff, and unless I am physically in front of the doctor, it's nearly impossible to have our questions answered. Additionally, there seems to be no continuity between doctors - each of the last three visits we've had, we've been scheduled with someone different without mentioning it ahead of time. The practice has excellent doctors but it is too difficult to get through the front desk bureaucracy to speak to someone about potential issues and concerns. In many cases, by the time a message has been relayed to the doctor, it's been misinterpreted through several rounds of "telephone." I work in the medical field and recognize that there are rules, but this is easily the largest amount of hoops I've had to jump through to get care for my pets before.
