I’ve always been very picky when it comes to my daughter “Noelle’s” care. So it was of great relieve to find a place that takes good care of my pup, is understanding when it comes to prices and goes the extra mile to make sure my baby is safe. This last visit they even clipped her nails for free! Huge thanks to the MD and their wonderful staff for everything they do! 100% recommend.

Amazing clinic! Everyone is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. We switched from our previous vet clinic to this one when we got a new kitten that, a few weeks in, was obviously sick. Dr. Youssef and his staff have gone above and beyond to assist us and we couldn't be more grateful!

We are new pet parents and this is our chosen vet practice for our 2 newly adopted cats. Here are a few points: They get us in quickly when making appointments ahead of time They are open on Saturdays which is very generous. They do both curbside and in room visits which I think is a plus as all pets are different when going to the vet. They are upfront about pet procedure reasoning and cost. They also have a great tech who we've seen the last few times, Julio, who has provided excellent pet patient care and has a positive demeanor and is not afraid to reconfirm any answers to our many questions. Overall great experience for us so far.

I moved to San Antonio feb2019 with two cats and a dog . First thing I did was look for an animal hospital that I felt would take care of the needs of my animals . I went to one but didn’t really feel right there . I went to North Star and since then they have been nothing short of amazing . The staff is friendly and show great concern when it comes to sick animals . My youngest cat had stopped eating suddenly and was dehydrated with a high fever . I took him to North Star and the concern and care they had for my cat was greatly appreciated. I left him there for two nights and when I got him back he was healthy as can be . The doctor was really personal and professional and even though he goes through dozens of animals a day he showed empathy and patience towards Harry(my cat). One of the techs name was Deidra and she was wonderful as well, she really made the process easier. I really can’t put into words how grateful I am to have my cat healthy . Negative comments talk about pricing but I thought it was really fair and if I would have had pet insurance it would’ve been cheaper but that’s on me. In the end my animals are healthy and that’s all I can really ask for. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Today my beautiful girl Muffin had an appointment today, the staff was phenomenal! They treated my girl with such care and patience, shout out to Julio! It makes me so happy to see that my girl felt happy with Julio taking care of her. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone interested in a vet!
