Used the self-service pet wash. First, the positive- the wash room is spacious and the tubs are nice, big, sturdy, and very easy to load my big dog and make her feel comfortable. The negative- I waited in line for an eternity with only 1 checker, the water pressure was terrible so wetting down and rinsing took a long time, the room itself was full of dog hair and ickiness, only one almost empty shampoo to be found, and $20 bucks for a DIY bath and 1 skimpy towel ??? That's a ridiculous price gouge... but my stinky puppy is now fresh as a daisy.

Store is great, main floor associates are nice and welcoming and the self serve dog was is a great tool. The grooming associate, at least the one I got, was not so nice and welcoming. Felt poor attitude from the groomer right from the get go, gave her the benefit of the doubt as there was a loud Great Bernard in there. Got called back and the attitude was still poor. Was just there for a small nail trim and grind, package also came with a bandana. Get called up, wasn’t given the bandana (second time I’ve gotten the same package, first time I wasn’t given a bandana as well and I just let it go) and had to ask for it. Immediately the groomer started rolling her eyes and shaking her head as she walked to get it. If you offer it as part of the service, the groomer should be welcoming, nice, and supply you with what you are buying. I shouldn’t have to feel bad about having to ask for what I am purchasing. If you don’t like your job, nobody is forcing you to work there. Don’t give your poor attitude back to your customers. Not coming back for grooming.

Great knowledgeable staff! Can answer most questions quickly. Prices are good and they have a large variety of products to choose from. Really like the self serve pet wash stations. They make it so much easier to clean up the dogs after a hike. We have been using their nail trimming and grinding services lately and our boys like it much better there than other places.

They don't have some brands I really enjoy. But overall, clean and helpful staff. We used the self wash for our big newfoundland, and it was a perfect setup even for him.

Love them! I have a monthly subscription for my dog and cats dry food. We visit frequently for crickets and to help my girl be more comfortable around crowds/other dogs, and noise.

Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The aquatics specialist (feel bad I don't remember her name) is great. When she saw me letting my young son pick which Betta he wanted to bring home to be "his" last year she asked us several questions about our tank to make sure he was going to a good home. Tanks are usually very clean and rarely see any sick fish. Good selection of frozen food. The Bettas are almost always in clean water and look in good health. 4 of my 10 Bettas have come from here and they are healthy and robust, testament to the care they receive at the store. A+ ♥️
