Walking into the room they had set up for our cats instantly put us at ease. Cat TV was playing, they had nice beds and a cat tree all for them to feel comfortable. Every person we interacted with took our concerns very seriously and they were able to calm our worries. I hope to not have to come again only because it’s for emergencies but if I do this is the place to go. Thank you for all the help and support Pet Vets Team!

Very easy to be seen! They’re open 7 days a week! Dr. Morse was great! She sat on the carpet with my pup to examine him and to talk with me, we both felt comfortable with her! I will return

We finally got our stray cat in after about a year. A mad dash to the vet to get her checked. They made arrangements to take us in as a walk in. An hour later, our Tinker Bell is 100% NEGATIVE for feline leukemia and aids, no fleas, nothing at all wrong with a cat that was dealt an unfair life right off the bat. I literally sobbed when the tech came in and said she's negative for everything!! Tinker Bell c an now be introduced to our King of the Castle cat, Luke. Back to this office, The rooms were soooooo comfortable and not that sterile vet office feeling. Walking in firat thing, my jaw dropped. Ive never seen an animal clinic so homey and down to earth. Not only does that probably help the pet, but if any of you are like me.....I NEEEEEED to know my animal is safe and calm and knowing my cat wasn't in a panic helped ME STAY CALM. Friendly staff and just an amazing experience on top of amazing news. The vet, oh she was perfect. I have her card in my purse, but she has long red hair. She told us the update over all and gave us our next visit update for booster and getting Tinker Bell spayed. Thank you so so so so much for taking us in on a cold snowy Sunday without an appointment. Your kindness for animals and their humans is 100% clear. Welcome to your forever home, Tinker Bell!

One thing I don’t play about is my dogs, so when it comes to finding good care I will drive where ever I need to, to ensure my dogs are in good hands. I live on the east end of Pittsburgh and found Dr.Pritts when searching for someone to do acupuncture for my Frenchie who has IVDD. My pup and I both love her so when she moved practices (from Wexford to North Fayette) we followed her . She has always been very real, honest and caring which I appreciate. Her and the team always go above and beyond to get Rollo in on short notice when he has flare ups . They are all very friendly and take the time to talk and laugh with you . Dr.Pritts could move outta state and I would legit drive to her. I don’t trust too many people with my dogs but PetVet365 North Fayette truly has a great team and I am thankful for every single one of them !

I just started going here and they have been nothing but a blessing. I’m an overthinker and I need a lot of reassurance about my pets! The texting capabilities have came in handy more times than I can count. I had a kitten with some post- spay complications (not done at Petvet) and they helped me every step of the way! The rooms are adorable, clean and comfy. They’re very homey and really put the pet first! 10/10 The doctors are super gentle, educational and supportive.

I visited with my rabbit for the first time today, and it went so well! It was just a routine check-up, so everything was simple and quick. Dr. Morse also gave me reassurance and explanations for some concerns I brought up. Everyone made sure my bun felt as comfortable and welcome as possible, and it’s by far the least stressed out I’ve seen him at a vet visit. It’s clear the team cares a lot about their patients, and they have the knowledge and efficacy necessary to take great care of them.
