I had recently moved back to the McKeesport area after over 10 years. I own 2 cats that needed their yearly visit. My older cat was having problems urinating, so I needed a vet fast. I got in touch with PetVet in Wilkins as it is the closest location to me. When I entered I was impressed right away! It wasn't a medicinal/urine smell!! My cats and myself were directed to the cutest, sweetest, most entertaining little room with a couch for the human and toys and treats for her furbabies!! The Vet tech was our first visitor. Friendly, kind, gentle are some words to describe them. Very thoughtful and thorough. They provided me with an estimate and I was able to say yes or no to their recommendations. The vet... OMG She was amazing with my older cat with the urination problems. Kind, soft spoken, gentle and non-confrontational. I've been to many vet places through my 50 odd years. PetVet365 is by far the BEST!!!! 5 Golden Stars 🌟

The staff in this hospital are amazing and caring. I brought my dog Daisy for an injury in her paw. We were taken to a private room with toys, relaxing music and ample space for her to sit and lay down. The nurses and the doctor were professional, courteous and caring. They went over the procedures for me to do at home without rushing me at all, and they treated Daisy with love. Excellent service!

My cat was ill and I felt she should be seen. I called several vets that did not respond or gave me an appointment for the next day. I called PetVet365 and they took her in that morning to evaluate her. The staff and vet were all very nice and friendly. The atmosphere of the clinic is cheerful. Everything is very clean and comfortable for the pet and pet parent.I highly recommend this business and I know I will return.

Love this vet! I have a cat and a dog that I bring here, and having an individual room where I can bring both of them into without having to see other pets makes the stress level less for my buddies. It’s very clean and the staff are friendly! I experienced the unfortunate event of my dog being attacked by another dog, so I called to see of they could see my buddy, and they squeezed me in right away. They took my buddy back as soon as I got to the office. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the staff turning a high stress situation into something that I was able to manage emotionally - and of course they took good care of my buddy.

These people are one of the kindest, most patient vet staff I've ever met. They've been helping me with my rat for a month. They tried so hard to get her healthy and comfortable, but unfortunately there's not much you can do with a pituitary gland tumor. She was recently put to sleep, after a hard uncertain battle with her health. They were very kind to me, letting me hold her throughout the process. Dr Dunnett is very nice and offered me a different option rather than an injection into my sweet girls heart. I have really bad anxiety, and was researching how rats are typically euthanized, and a lot of sources said it was rather inhumane, especially if the rat isn't 100% fully knocked out. I don't know if she heard me talking to my mom about how I didn't want that for her, but it was such a sweet offer that I took. She passed away peacefully in my arms, with the comfort of her sister, and in a homey room that doesn't look like a lab like most other vet places. It honestly made it easier. The last time we had to put an animal to sleep, it was our cat and at a different vet. The room looked so... barbarian. Barely any color in the room, only a chair or two, and my cat flopped like she meant nothing to them on the stupid metal examination table. The rooms this place has are comfortable and homey. They make the process so much easier. I'm glad I chose this vet over a different place. Thank you PetVet365 staff❤️❤️

I took our boxer here, and we had a great experience. The place was super clean, and well laid out. I especially likes how we had our own room, and we never crossed paths with any other animals. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and the price was fair. We were in and out quickly, this is hands down a better place than a normal Veterinarian clinic. The best part was we were able to get right in, no 2 week wait like almost ALL other Vet clinics.
