Last visit, Vet tech Christian, was friendly and professional. He listened attentively and correctly conveyed my concerns to the doctor. My appointment was a follow up and request for medication refill for my older thyroid issue cat. Quick, and caring. Then today, Friendly, kind Vet tech, Leslie met my little girl cat and saw to it that she was completely checked over by the vet and had her vaccine administered. Very pleased.

Took my cat here in November. (They did not explain pricing to me.) I told them that my cat had a bump on his cheek, his ears were bothering him, and that he had diarrhea. He also got a shot for rabies. Spent 200 something. The doctor told me my cat was fine, to give him medicine for his diarrhea. I expressed that I wanted the bump removed. (They said not to take off the bump cause it could come back.) I got a call from the doctor later telling me that the fecal sample I left came back negative. My cat's ear has still been bothering him a lot, so I called today to see what they had on file for his ear issue. Come to find out, they never wrote down anything about my concerns with his ear or bump. Plus! The lady on the phone with me said that they fecal sample did come out positive for something! After calling and talking with someone at the VCA. I am expecting an email of the report to be sent to me. I am hopefully getting a call back from the doctor sometime today. Will update this after I get a response. All this to say, I am dishearted & a bit frustrated. I'm likely not coming back here. Update: Got a call back. I am not impressed and annoyed. They say that they check his ears, but I don't know. I got the notes, and again, there is nothing written about the ears or his bump. She says that they don't check the ear if it not bothering the cat. But I know it was! I know I told them to look at his ears cause he was constantly scratching and shaking his head. I don't trust these people. -I will be reaching out to the email given. But again not returning here.

Dr. Mendelzon and her vet tech misdiagnosed my dog, gave me the wrong meds, and called me in an extremely hysterical, and emotional fit when I let her know about my experience. She refunded me $15 out of $200 for this experience... Ended up going to Firehouse, had a way better experience, and they gave me the correct medicine for my dog. I do not recommend this clinic, nor do I recommend this vet Lauri Mendelzon.

Dr. Mendelsen and her staff are amazing! They take such good care of our kitties and always take the time to properly explain care and billing.

Thank you for loving our dog for the past few years. You all are an amazing group of dedicated medical professionals. He is happy and healthy and our family can’t imagine going anywhere else for his needs. Watson loves his vet and the techs 🙌🏻

THERE GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND....I GET TREATED ALOT BETTER HERE THAN ANY WHERE...BEEN HERE OVER 30 YEARS..Just wanted to add HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE THESE GUYS I had to put one of my rescue dogs down...If it wasn't for these guys help love and support ❤️....BEST CLINIC ❤️..Thank you for taking care fari and his ashes are beautiful..BEST OF LOVE TO CLINIC ...I WILL ALWAYS APPRECIATE YOU GUYS. More than you know.....
