I had to take make cat Bebe here because she decided to eat a large pile of string. ( I know now to make sure to watch what is on the ground with this one) unfortunately she had to have surgery. But I'm so happy it was with this Er! Let me start out everyone here is so kind and so caring for the animals! Obviously prices for an Er is not cheap and Dr Farrell was very kind with us. It was hard to come by the money but I had some friends that helped me out. Anyways the night of, after her surgery, he called me and told me they had to go in through a 3rd location but only charged me for the 2 that I had Initially got charged for * I really appreciated that* and then he told me he was still concerned with her intestines and that he didn't want me to think everything was A okay when in reality it wasn't which I really appreciate him not sugar coating it for me! But not only was he an amazing vet his team is also amazing. Everyone that watched over her told me how much they loved her and they were completely fine with me calling every morning and every evening! My baby Bebe is doing amazing and it's only been 3 days post op. She is so alert and interacting with us and she seems so much happier! I just want to thank everyone that helped me and my bebe out!🤗 highly recommend this ER in an emergency!

They helped me in my time of need to make sure that my little boy cat was in good health. By the time we got there he had calmed down but there still was a tinge of an infectious disease that were able to catch very early so I was happy with that. All the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and nice and polite and I really appreciated that when it was supposed to be just a day of relaxing at home. I was really put at ease

Very clean clinic. Amazing woman at the front desk on the day I took my baby. Don’t remember her name, but it was 5/20 7pm. She was wonderful, and very, very good at her job. Between running back and forth answering phones and setting up/cleaning rooms, she was still there to answer questions, take payment, and give well wishes for my Penelope. The doctor was pleasant enough, although wasn’t very clear on diagnosis and how it happened. Overall- emergency services were professional and lifesaving. I would return.

Very expensive!!! My dog was having some problems on Sunday so the only vet close enough that was open was this vet!! They were not nice or comforting at all!! The vet only came in the room for 2 minutes ! Then they wanted $455 just to run test on my dog😡 so I asked what else can we do so they gave me medicine for her and the bill was $312 .. which is still expensive !! They are all about money ! They are very rude! I feel like they know you will do anything for your animal so why not jack up all the prices!

They are ALL about the $$$$ Waited over two hours to be seen for a leg injury on Tigger. Vet came in for 2mins and left, Tech came back with a bill for $971.00 When asked how do you justify this... they couldn't answer.... The only response was a smirk from the receptionist at the front counter. That smirk made me realize why they have a sign on the counter in regards to VERBAL abuse towards the staff, you will be asked to leave immediately. Karma will prevail........ Got Tigger to his regular Vet this morning... he was bit in a fight and got infected.. 2 shots... $135.00. Spears Vet. on Pass Rd next to Firestone. Plus a discount if you pay cash.

The vet and all of the staff are amazing! They explained everything throughly and gave us options. He wasn't able to perform one of the procedures because our cat expelled her bladder while in sedation. He informed us and then took that procedure off of the bill. We never would have known if he did the procedure or not, so him telling us and removing it from the bill shows it is a trust worthy establishment. Hopefully we don't have to ever go to the ER again, but if we have to we will go here 100% of the time. #EmbersFixed.
