This is the best vet I’ve ever been to, the receptionist was kind and helpful both on the phone and in person. We saw dr thead and our vet assistant was Bethany, both were some of the kindest, compassionate, and competent people I’ve ever met, they talked everything through with us, every step, every option every possible diagnosis and treated our guinea pig like their own animal. If there is an example of people who should work with animals it is those two wonderful people. This will most definitely be our primary vet for all of our animals going forward. I cannot thank them enough for being such nice people and helping us in a very scary time.

Absolutely loved coming into this clinic. I’ve been calling around for an exotic vet (I have Guinea pigs) and the one I went to before in Gulfport was not thorough and didn’t seem to have any interest in talking to us. He was condescending and didn’t use a lot of care in handling our pig. This vet couldn’t be farther from that. We saw Dr. Thead and our veterinary assistant was Bethany. They were very thorough, happily answered question, and explained all their care plans. They provided us price estimates and explained every care option available to us. Given our previous vet expiriences, Dr. Thead’s passion for Guinea pigs and animal care was a breathe of fresh air. She told us she had guinea pigs at home as well which was comforting to us. Additionally, they were able to take us in almost immediately. I called because my Guinea pig was not pooping and they were eager to take me in within the next couple hours. They also gave us a free bag of Oxbow vital care since they said they don’t use it very often which I very much appreciated. I can’t recommend this clinic more, all three of my guinea pigs will be going here from now on . :)

We had Newton there today for day boarding and were extremely happy with Mary and her thoroughness, love and care for him while we were out venturing around today… I cannot say enough about what a great job she does.. we definitely will be back.. please tell her TY

All of the Staff is amazing at the Pet Clinic. All of the Veterinarians are exceptional beyond words. You will not leave uninformed along with all your questions answered. Dedicated customer for many years.

My visit with my dog Harley & my cat Kiki have been wonderful. I don’t have to remember to have certain things checked because every time I take the kids in they’re checked from nose to tail. The doctors & staff are fantastic. I have all my questions answered before I ask. I’m so grateful that I found the Pet Clinic. Mickey Fountain
