I feel like if they just took x-ray of my baby puppy Pete's neck, he might still be here.. it was the end of the day , I'm sure they were trying to just close up....they put an oversized diaper around his neck and I think that's what paralyzed him, it was almost 5 though they said to bring him to hospital...that night Hospitals x-ray showed his 2 vertebrae being separated and pushing into his skull ..my heart is full of sorrow, he was my baby I loved him so much..

Amazing veterinarian and vet tech, horrible receptionist. My dog had an accident on the floor because she gets nervous. The receptionist “tells my dog” that I must not take her out enough.RUDE but ok…my dog barks because she’s nervous… tells my dog to shut up. Before I’m even done with my new patient paperwork, she tells me to hurry up to get in the room because another dog is coming into the lobby. I have no help and have to pick up not only my dog , but all of my stuff and push open the door to the exam room with my hands completely full in a matter of seconds. Doctor and vet tech are very sweet to my dog and get things done swiftly. A receptionist is regarded to be the face of a company, and it’s a shame that the attitude given to me In the beginning process ruined this clinic - that I hoped to be my long term establishment - for my animals. Left extremely upset. Take this information as you will.

They were so good with my baby girl sissy. She had parvo and I didn't think she was going to live they did a great job and she is going strong

Horrible evil people who have no compassion for animals. You have the ability to help an animal and won't. Because of money. You rather it suffer and die because you don't have the money. Even if your surrounding it. And personally know your very wealthy ut wouldn't have hurt you any just make sure an animal didn't suffer. But it's all about money with Lynn. I hope that hospital does the same to you. When your sick and dying. That they make yoy suffer until you take your last breath just like your doing to my animal. All because you don't have the money for care right then and there.

Tried to get medication through chewy one of the receptionist signed off no problem...... the second receptionist when I called back was rude told the doctor I was rude they canceled my prescription... now my cats are suffering if you care about your animals don't go to this vet.. they only care about money they don't care about the animal or your experience.... they're Liars sneaks and thieves

The vet is such a great person! I only see her because she has been amazing over the past 5 years!
