From the moment we enter the clinic we are always treated to an array of sights and sounds. The staff is constantly moving about making sure that not only "the parents" are kept informed and assured but that their pets are also calmed as much as possible. Dr Francioli is unbelievable. When she entered our exam area her smile and calming energy just enveloped the room. Our cat Jackson immediately settled in and approached her to be picked up and adored! Mission accomplished. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone!

I was nervous finding a good vet clinic in San Diego as I’m living here temporarily and LOVE my vet back home in Boston. Rancho San Carlos was recommended to me by a coworker and they did not disappoint- everyone was SO friendly, wonderful to my dog, and very informative and eager to answer all of my questions. In my opinion, their prices seem very comparable to how expensive every vet is nowadays! My dog got so much love from all of the staff and was treated so well. I feel so lucky to have found them!

I only wish I had found this place sooner. The people here are what make is so special, and you can tell they work well as a team and love what they do. My cat recently tore a hole in her back pack and during her procedure one of the techs sewed it back up for us. All around just a wonderful place!

Amazing Vet! My dog has a very serious heart condition and I need some one that knows dogs well and I found my place! The communication after the appointment has been amazing too. I really appreciate their time and caring towards my dogs.

I have been bringing my dog Raven here for a year and I love this place! Dr. Halsey and all the staff I've encountered have been wonderful. They take great care of my girl and always recommend a conservative approach to start. There is a "family clinic" vibe here that is hard to find today.
