This was the most unprofessional interaction I’ve had with an organization that says they offer help. When you’re in a crisis suggest you try to utilize different programs before coming here as they will not listen to you or empathize with what you are experiencing. The representative I spoke with told me that he doesn’t have time for me and hung up in my face. This worsened my already distressed mood as I was sleeping in my car with my twins and 4 dogs I needed help and he made sure I knew he did not care
