Description PetSmart Veterinary Services at Kalamazoo is a privately-owned full-service veterinary clinic. Examples of procedures include vaccinations, laboratory services and imaging, behavioral consults, dental procedures, spays and neuters, mass removals, etc. Our goal is to provide thorough and compassionate animal care, while strengthening the human-animal bond. Those available were patient at first. But I went in not knowing how much I’d have to spend, since I could not find any info online. They refused any kind of service other than fluids and scared her, and I received my cat back DAMP. I heard her yell while she was back there. I believe we were there on April 4th or 5th. She ended up passing away April 8th, a bit over a week from her 18th birthday this year.

I took my Mimi dachshund rescue here at the Kalamazoo store to get a physical, vaccinations and checked for parasites because I could not get into a vet for a month. I have to be honest I was not too impressed but I needed her to get seen. That same day after her visit, she was sitting on my lap and when she got up there was a small white thing that looked like tiny pasta noodle and I thought is that parasite, wasn’t sure cause it wasn’t moving. Brushed it off. Flew back home with her. They called me 2 days later to tell me her test was negative for worms. The day before yesterday same thing still a little, small white thing. Yesterday, after sitting on my lap, there was the small white thing again, so I put in in a baggie to take to the local vet for their appointment with them. This morning she popped and sure enough a live parasite in her pop, she the picture. The one in the top is the live parasite and the one on the bottom corner by the pool was the one I found yesterday. Unacceptable. You put your pet’s trust in trained professionals to make sure their healthy but instead your pets health and life is at risk going there. We were seen by Dr. Jeanine Roper, DMV.

I recently took my pup Cooper to Petsmart Vet and he was seen by Dr. Jeanine Roper. She was very caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. I felt confident in the advice she gave me for my dog. I will definitely be visiting again and will ask for her specifically.

I brought my Yorkie in for her first shots and they were wonderful 🩷 I could not of asked for anyone better they were quick to explain everything and also comfort me and my dog and made it a good experience for both of us
